I've been to see Dr Anderson twice. Both times I felt he was in a rush.He did not take time to address my concerns or answer questions.He sat clear across the room to observe my skin on my face! All I saw in his eyes were $$ signs and on to the next patient. He prescribed the typical ointments which haven't worked. I will be going somewhere else.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in! Receptionist help me with the computer check-in and the person who took me back and got my vitals was wonderful! Dr. Anderson was thorough and gentle. Turns out he did a residency at my old hospital in Wisconsin!

Dr. Anderson was a quick in and out for me too. I feel like he barely looked at my skin before zooming out for his next. He acts like he has better things to do than to see his patients. My problem resolved after waiting it out. If I need to return to a dermatologist, I will request a referral elsewhere.

My husband had an appointment there yesterday. I was SHOCKED that patients were not required to wear masks! Menards requires them but medical offices do not? I was waiting for my husband and a total of three people were in the waiting area w/o masks during the brief time I was there. I think my husband's appointment set a record for the fastest "in and out".

I feel they gave my daughter the run around because she was young and inexperienced with dealing with a dr office and didn’t know to put her foot down and demand better service. He also rushed in and rushed out of both her appts. She went for first visit and he looked at rash had his office staff give her shots for allergic reaction said call and come back if that doesn’t clear it up. It came right back a couple days later she waited a week then called back they had her come back and pay more money for him to spend 5 to 10 minutes to tell her he was sending her to an allergy specialist.She asked him to do blood work and he said no the allergy dr can do that. Really? If it’s systemic maybe she doesn’t need to see an allergy dr? He also said he would send a prescription for a skin cream to help with itching as she couldn’t take oral allergy medicine before seeing the allergy specialist. That was on Wednesday and she went to pick up prescription to find out he sent the wrong medicine, a pill form. She called his office multiple times Thursday and Friday and talked with receptionist and they kept saying they would send it. She kept checking with Dillons and by 8 pm Friday night nothing was ever sent. She has gone through the weekend miserable because they did nothing they said they were going to do. I am very disappointed in this office. I would never recommend them. I will make sure people know what she went through. He needs to take more time with his patients and pay more attention to what his staff is doing or in this case not doing.

I love Dr. Anderson he is quick, thorough and so easy to talk too about issues. He has helped my family immensely and is always upbeat and friendly!

Haughty receptionist dealing with long line while other desk clerk ordered lunch. Waiting room was crowded, expected me to use a kiosk which was not cleaned between patients. Was told could only see a PA or wait months, yet some callers were getting next day appointments. I canceled follow up appointment.
