This place was nothing less than 5 stars or more to me. Dr. Scarlett is the Bomb.com! She was very professional, patient, answered all my questions, and made me feel like everything was going to be just fine, which it was. Anxiety was extremely high due to it was my first time, but Dr. Scarlett and her staff took great care of me. The receptionist(Tammy) that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment, Jenny who numbed my face, to the young lady that was tapping my leg for comfort while the skin tags were being removed were all awesome! The healing process is going just as described and everything is looking so good. I highly recommend this place! Thank you to all the wonderful people that I encountered.

I originally made an appointment for Botox but after careful discussion with Dr. Gray, we both decided that filler would work better in order to accomplish my goal. Wow! What a great idea! It looks absolutely wonderful (to me) and I had no bruising/swelling, etc. I feel it looks so natural - as if I had some needed rest! I am very happy with the results. Thank you, Dr. Gray.

Right now I would give this place a 1 star review. I requested an appointment on their website 2 weekends ago. I have not been contacted for an appointment. I’ve never been to a dermatologist so the idea is already adding some anxiousness. Perhaps they aren’t looking for new patients? I would love the opportunity to give a review of the great care this place seems to give their patients by the copious amount of great reviews. Hopefully they can work on the scheduling process.

If you are looking for one of the most knowledgeable, genuine and kind providers to help you care for your skin, you must go see Dr. McGee. She’s been my saving grace and quite literally held my hand through some really challenging battles with eczema. She’s caring a true model for a healthcare provider. Thank you, Dr. McGee. You’re a blessing!

Let me start off by saying the front desk staff were friendly and professional especially today…. I was alittle uncomfortable my first visit with the doctor but decided to do the following up …. Let me say this …The doctor seems to be very knowledgeable.( I say this because the stuff she prescribed works)…However, the encounter with the patients very VERY BAD!!!!! The first visit I had to asked her to look at my daughter’s skin not just her face …. this visit she didn’t even touch her face nothing !!!! We sat and wait for 20+ mins for her to spend less than 3 mins she left the room with the gloves in her hands just like she entered the room …didn’t even put them on …. My first visit I thought maybe she had to use the restroom in a hurry but today I realized she’s just LACKING!!!

Dr. Melton is awesome. Friendly, informative, knowledgeable, just what a doctor should be. Scheduling is easy and the office is nice and quiet, with plenty of room. No blaring TVs or weird music either.

Had my appointment with Danielle Wisely. She was excellent and explained everything perfectly. Her vision for my future skin care goals was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend
