I recently visited Beni Med Spa for a PicoSure laser treatment, and I was blown away by the experience! The customer service was absolutely top-notch—efficient, professional, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. They took the time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and ensure I was at ease throughout the process. The kindness and professionalism of the team truly stood out, making what could have been an intimidating experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The results were amazing, and I’m so glad I chose Beni for this treatment. Skin darkening after Picosure treatment. I had a Picosure treatment here and unfortunately developed darkening on my face and neck afterward. I now have to use a darker shade of foundation than I normally do and even cover my neck to hide the uneven skin tone, which has been very frustrating. The process also did not feel very professional - the provider was about to start without cleansing my face, and I had to mention that I was wearing BB creme and sunscreen. To make matters worse, after raising the issue, the med spa's response was completely unprofessional and disappointing. For the cost of the treatment, I expected better care and clearer communication about possible side effects. I truly regret getting the treatment here and, because of these experiences, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I had the Pico treatment, which was my first skincare procedure, and I was pleasantly surprised by how painless it was. The numbing gel applied beforehand helped me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the process. The staff was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive, taking the time to address all of my concerns. As I got older, I noticed increasing pigmentation on my cheekbones, which had also darkened over time. Looking for a solution, I found this spa through several recommendations. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the bright, warm atmosphere. A consultation was available right away. Ms. Kim (NP) recommended the PicoSure Laser and assured me of its effectiveness, which gave me confidence in proceeding with the treatment. Luckily, I could start my first session the same day as part of a five-session plan. After applying numbing cream, Ms. Kim performed the procedure. Despite the cream, certain areas still felt quite painful, but her clear explanations helped me stay at ease. Post-treatment, my face felt intensely hot, almost burning, but the modeling pack applied afterward provided much-needed relief. The staff, including Ms. Kim, were all kind and professional, and I was especially impressed by their flawless skin.
