This doctor cancelled my new patient appointment the week of without any explanation or attempt to get me seen in a timely manner. "Next available" appointment one month later is what I was offered. Who knows if it will just be cancelled again? I will not be using this physician. Very unprofessional.

My physician referred me to this place in beginning of December, because She fined something suspicious on my back. Of course they never called me I have the proof and I called my physician in February what happened with my referral and they said they sent it to this place in December and gave me this place information I called them and they said they only keep referral for a month, I called my physician back and they resent the referral 3 weeks ago. This place has never called me so I called them today and I was told they never got it, but I know that my physician sent it to them. I hope they are going to pray very hard that I don't have anything serious on my back! If I do god help them, because my lawser wiil! Unprofessional business dint waste your time!

Dr Kartsonis has treated my family and I for years. He is extremely knowledgable and has a great bedside manner. Weve never had to wait more than 15 minutes for our appointment. Hes done multiple surgeries on my skin. Very little scaring.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kartsonis for many years. He once noticed a loss of pigment on my hands and said it could be a thyroid problem and that’s exactly what it turned out to be. He also spotted a basal cell carcinoma that I never noticed. I’ve had all good experiences with this practice.

Happy patient for many years. But interaction with Lenna and a nightmare of an insurance claim prompted me to put in this review. She took sooo much time to help me e resolve this. She is a gem. Thank you Lenna!

Went to get a recurring cyst drained. After the 45 minute wait the doc came in looked quick and said he wanted to do a steroid shot. I told him I have had it for thirty years and tried everything. Long story short, we did 2 useless treatments of steroids and he wanted to do a 3rd when I put my foot down. Ended up getting it lanced by a GP in a 20 minute procedure. Don't waste your time here.

Doc is good, staff not so much. Everytime ive had to interact with the staff, they seem very bored and bothered that they have had to deal with me. Their customer service skills are terrible, ive never been greeted any time i came into the office, or when im at the front desk staring them in the face waiting to be acknowledged!! Evetytime ive called, they sound like its a chore to help me. They have ZERO customer service skills. If you want ppl to come to your office, make them feel welcome! Ugh
