From the moment I walked in, Carmen made me feel seen, heard, and completely comfortable. She’s warm, patient, and genuinely cares about your skin and your confidence. And Dr. Pentel… listen. If you’re looking for an injector who combines skill, precision, and artistry, this is the one. She didn’t rush me, she didn’t push unnecessary work, and she didn’t try to give me a "one-size-fits-all" look. She studied my face, explained what would flatter MY features, and delivered results that look soft, natural, and feminine. Every detail was intentional. Every placement made sense. The results? Carmen is AMAZING! She knew what my "rare" condition was immediately. She was able to get me to the point of remission. This was after seeing another provider for almost 2 yrs who tried several types of medications, ointments, and treatments that were quite unorthodox for my condition. I never feel like she is selling or pushing me to do or try something. I wish I could see her more often just to see her beautiful, smiling face. She really makes you feel welcome and like she truly cares. She has made such a difference in my life by helping me find a treatment that works.

I was a patient at this office but never saw the doctor only the PA. I struggled with eczema and worked with the PA for relief. Also early in the year had a spot removed from my face for biopsy. My eczema flared up so I called for appt with the PA. I was told the doctor & PA were no longer at this practice. Since the PA knew my history I called the appointment line 3 times trying to get an appointment. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME! I called Dermatology SE & got right in. Dr C has been a God send. I was in their office recently & was told the biopsy done earlier this year from Dr. Pentel office was in fact cancer. I would never recommend Dr. Pentel office. Very disappointed!

I am so pleased with Dr. Pentel and her staff. I have been in both her offices and always had a great experience. My procedures, though minor, made me very happy and made me feel better about myself. I'll be back.
