The signup process is a nightmare. Filled with threats, laborious is an understatement. Now comes the good part: The staff were incredible. I had minor surgery and it was painless. The entire staff was professional and friendly. They certainly earned five stars.

I do not like leaving a bad review but believe it’s important to help anyone looking for a dermatologist. I have found a new Dr but my last trip to DSA I spent over an hour waiting after showing up on time. After another 15 minute wait in the room the PA came in to tell me everything looked great and that was it. Making money in medicine has become harder over the years but this was too much. I have had skin cancer removed for years but this office seemed more about turning patients so just be prepared to advocate for yourself if you have any concerns. Took a year to find a new dermatologist.

Walked in this morning to schedule an appointment. Cindy at the front desk had an opening later that same day .I returned and was taken back and after talking over my skin concerns, Hannah came in and accomplished treatment. Fast and easy. Very pleased with my visit and will be back.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Tiffany Winsett was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear, understandable manner. I highly recommend her!

Chelsea is THE best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely, compassionate & an excellent medical professional. LOVE HER. The phone situation maybe a ..⭐️⭐️. The phone tree is THE WORST. YOU CALL into the office and get a rando call center that takes forever to answer and then you are put on hold. When you want to speak with the office it’s impossible. You get patched through to the actual office while on hold and there is not a office pick up. . We are calling in about a result of a biopsy and can not get in touch with the office. THEREFORE, we will drive in to the office to see if my husband has CANCER AGAIN. VERY Frustrating. Awful customer experience in this regard. Again, Chelsea IS THE BEST but the phone situation is awful.

I’ve had a sore on my forehead for over a year, they knew just how to treat it - so I’m on my way to getting rid of it. All the staff seemed very professional and treated me with respect. Monique was very nice and endured my nervous rambling without being bored and was very nice to talk to.

Chelsea and her nurse listened carefully to my issues, provided solutions to my needs with detailed instructions. She is always friendly and kind. I am thankful to have her.
