Hesterman Dermatology

Incredible experience - one of the best doctor office visits I've ever had. The front desk people were nice, and after filling in information I got seen within 10 minutes. I got seen by Ashley then Dr. Hesterman. Both of them were incredibly calm, patient, and informative. I really like how I didn't feel rushed, as they took all the information in and spent time going over everything. Ashley even took notes during the time with the doctor so I could keep track of everything I needed to do with treatment and prevention. Amazing!

I went to Hesterman Dermatology for a skin consult and was so pleased with the level of service I received. I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Dr. Hesterman not only took the time to answer all of my questions, she also made sure to educate me so I can take the best care of my skin. I just went back for a diamond glow facial and was incredibly happy with the results!

Dr. Hesterman saved my skin! I’ve been dealing with acne for years and it has improved so much in only three months. The first two photos are right before and I started my treatment vs now. I would recommend her to anyone who is dealing with acne!

Rude. Rude Rude Rude Rude Rude. Most of the staff members rude or short with me. Front Desk was sweet. I was left feeling stupid, judged, and like I was a problem- instead of informed and helped. The actual Dr. was pretty nice. Although, it did seem that she was in a rush to get me out. I could almost feel the technician in the back rolling her eyes as I asked a question for clarity up front at the reception desk: again, like I was an issue for having a question when I'm rushed in the first place...I gave one star for the couple of people that were actually nice to me. -Any other good dermatology offices around with good reputation??

It's comforting speaking with a specialist who knows exactly what they're talking about. I've only seen her for skincare, but she also offers cosmetic treatments. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Hesterman is truly wonderful! Not only is she incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she also has a thoughtful and approachable demeanor that makes every visit comfortable. While she does an amazing job with aesthetics, I’ve never once felt pressured — just supported and informed. Her office is a gem of a dermatology practice, conveniently located near downtown Huntsville. So grateful to have her local!

Dr. Hesterman and her staff are incredibly professional and kind. She goes above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable while she is there, and never makes us feel hurried or rushed. Additionally, she is knowledgeable and thorough and truly cares about the success of treating her patients. Her staff recently spent hours of their day to help me get my daughter’s medication straightened out with the specialty pharmacy, and then when the pharmacy could not act fast enough they found me another quick solution. I highly recommend this practice.
