The receptionist Ms. Linda was very nice and pleasant. The information on receiving discounts for medication was helpful. However, the overall mood during my first office visit did not give me the welcome feel I expected.

The staff was nice, but Dr. Henchy was incredibly rushed. He didn't even actually look at my skin condition, just prescribed me shampoo and walked out before I could ask any questions. He spoke to me for maybe 2 minutes. I won't be going back.

Most of the staff is well past retirement age and seems to have very little knowledge about what's going on in the office. The Bible on the table in the waiting room was concerning, and I don't appreciate that being there Dr Henchy barely let me get a word in, talked over me, and when informed I was taking birth conrol basically decided that was the cause of my issue and did nothing to even investigate further. If you're a woman under 50 I wouldn't bother seeing him or his extremely outdated practice. Will not be going back

This is the most unprofessional doctors office I'm 45 and have been a patient since then bc of a blood disease. I was referred to them and they never called me then when I called they said I was a new patient. They seriously need to get new employees Or just shut this office down. Trust me never go to this dermatologist

Dr. Soine is a wonderful doctor. She and her assistants were very compassionate and professional. I was disappointed that the intake person who arrived prior to the Doctor, did not have her mask over her nose while taking my information. I would like to think in a medical environment that all personnel would be appropriately masked at all times when in the room with the patient.

I went in for help with a bad skin reaction. I was talked over and ignored. The doctor made broad assumptions about me having an allergy and I was rushed out the door. I spoke to the doctor for a grand total of 5 minutes , if that. There was no exam done and he told me to just wait for it to get better. Completely ignoring the fact that I told him the reaction I was having was painful. This interaction is the last straw and I will never use North Oaks again.

Very nice, very efficient. Short wait, even got in early. Dr assuaged my concerns and made me feel better about my problem. Would wholeheartedly recommend Dr.Henchy!!
