I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve visited. The office is comfortable, the staff is very kind, and Dr. Kurt is very friendly, positive and an overall nice person. I would highly recommend!

The most horrible experience with a doctor ever! I went there for almost 20 years with his father and it was wonderful. No problems. No issues. Since I started seeing his son it was a constant issue of getting me in for visits as needed. Instead of my 6-month checkup. With my HS, psoriasis, and lupus skin issues, I cannot sometimes go 6 months. Things pop up and I have no control. When you call you get the medical assistant! That is a joke. These people have no medical experience and they've told me that. So you tell them all this and then they tell the nurse and then they see if they can get you in and maybe tell it to the doctor. By the time it gets there there's like 80% of the information lost. He said he could not meet my expectations and he's right! Nor could he meet my care needs! He wants to be in and out and that's it. Not only that, he calls me troublemaker and unprofessional childlike names such as problem child. His nurses are rude and short on the phone and the whole place has changed. I told him I was never going to see him again and then he sent me a letter that severed our ties! Great! That's what I said. Also he did a biopsy and stitched my face! He then gave me a suture removal kit and instructed to take out my own stitches! When I tried to do it I couldn't do it and see it fully and part of it stayed in. A normal checkup I should have had 6 months worth of meds but of course the nurse failed and didn't do her job and order them. I'll be so glad to be free of this! You might like him at first, but just give it time and you'll see what I'm talking about. Good luck but don't let any doctor treat you like that. I I should have high expectations for my care because I deserve the best, not just mediocre or substandard . He works for me and I do not work for him! It's sad cuz people have to beg doctors to take care of them and just be present. The following week I could not get the stitch out and they wanted me to wait 3 weeks! At this point I called my doctor and got a prescription. Then they said that I had a cancellation and wanted to get me in in 5 days. 5 days of suffering with the stitch in my face, and outbreak of Lupas on my face. Also two cysts in my groin. I had a major lupus outbreak and I had spots all over my face at my routine visit prior he did a biopsy on my face. Came back as lupus. Wow! His dad diagnosed me with that 10 years earlier! Now I have a huge lab bill and a scar on my face! He had told me at that routine 6-month checkup that if I couldn't get the stitch out or had any other problems to come back the next week and they'd get me in. He lied once again. Obviously he has too many patients and can't take time. Do not understand why he's accepting new patients when he can't take care of the ones he has. I must say that Anna is the best PA I've ever met and so kind and caring and wonderful! I'm so happy to say that I have seen a new wonderful dermatologist and it felt so much more at ease and new options and treatments! Understood me and listened and was kind and let's pray this all works out because I don't like moving doctor to doctor.

I did some thorough research before choosing a dermatologist- I am glad I did not make any rash decisions. The care and attention I received from Dr. Ashack was pore-fect. I sought care for some skin allergies, atopic I know nothing about. He initially said I needed to give up chocolate, but he was just pollen my leg. Overall, the appointment went without a wrinkle. A+++++
