I was highly pleased with my visit to Piedmont Plastic Surgery & Dermatology in Gastonia. I saw Rekha Satyaprakash, PA-C on Jan. 15, 2026. She was a very experienced, professional and knowledgeable Dr. She put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable about my procedure. She explained everything regarding her diagnosis in terms I could understand. I highly recommend her to anyone. Her assistant Audrey was very competent and listened to my symptoms. Both Rekha Saryaprakash and her assistan knew their job well, were highly qualified and very caring. They followed all safety precautions regarding wearing a badge and hand sanitizing procedures. I highly recommend Piedmont Plastic Surgery to anyone needing these services. Rekha is a top notch Dr.

As a patient who has melanoma, I have been so pleased since coming from Shelby office to Gastonia and seeing Andrea Sparr! She is absolutely the best l! Takes great care of me and always takes the time to connect with me personally! She is simply wonderful! Can't see myself being cared for by anyone else!

I had an incredible experience with Sarah Nobles, NP, and her amazing medical assistants at Piedmont Plastic Surgery and Dermatology. Between the high-quality numbing cream and the vibrating tool they provided to distract from the needles, the lip filler was almost entirely painless! The entire team was professional and efficient, getting me in and out in less than an hour without ever feeling rushed. My Botox and lip filler results are exactly what I was hoping for. If you’re looking for someone with a masterful aesthetic eye and a wonderful bedside manner, I cannot recommend Sarah enough!

Jaime Vanourny did an a great job with my lip fillers. She made me feel very comfortable & I am happy with my results. I will definitely be seeing her again & would recommend her to anyone looking for fillers

Ms sparr was so awesome and her assistant, they both made me feel at ease , I HIGHLY Recommend her,, she did a full body look over. There were several moles she removed and had sent off for biopsy along with freezing some she explained everything thoroughly recommended products that I need to use. All of the staff was super friendly. They were punctual both the doctor and PA are really professional and I feel thorough. I highly recommend them. Dr. Boynton is super ethical too. She actually gave me a refund after doing some reconciling of 2024 records and noticed I was due a refund which I would’ve never even known existed.

Dr. Porter and his nurse are the best! They were friendly and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Checking in/out was a breeze! I will be returning in the future.
