My experience with Dr.Vanourny has been excellent. She has always listened to what I have to say, and offered her recommendations on types of treatments but left it up to me to chose what was best for me. Always very professional and Pleasant. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a patient there for well over 5 years. My first doctor was Timmons. He was awesome. Since I e been seeing Dr.V she so easy to talk with and she’s very concerned with my skin any problems that I may see she listens and explains what it could be and willing to do a biopsy to ease my mind. Y’all are great.

I was very satisfied with my visit. Everyone I had any dealings with from check in to check out was extremely nice and easy to talk to. My visit with dr. Jamie Vanourny went very well. She and her technician took the time to explain everything and were very easy to talk to. They also listened to any concerns I had and addressed them. Very pleased.

Dr Vanourny was recommended by a friend. She was extremely professional and patient with my many questions. After a thorough exam, she explained what she found. Both she and her nurse were very attentive and pleasant making me feel comfortable from the onset. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend her and her staff. I am also glad that she was recommended to me.

What a pleasant surprise. I wanted to go for my first dermatologist visit. I googled dermatology. I didn't know who to see. I was recently changing one of my Medicare client's insurance and I had to check Dr. Vanourny to make sure she was in network for them. They bragged about her a little. Since I recognized her name, I scheduled the appointment. I didn't have to wait 5 minutes to get into her office. Her very nice assistant lead me back to the room. She asked/suggested that I was there for a full body check. I said no. I had a place on my arm and on my face that I wanted checked. Then I said, well I guess I could do the full body exam. She explained what to expect. She gave me a gown and said to put it on when she left the room. It wasn't another 5 minutes before her and Dr. Jaime came in. I was so embarrassed. I didn't realize I had agreed to a full body exam by one of the prettiest girls I had ever seen. I was so old and out of shape. She introduced herself in a way that immediately put me at ease. She was so kind and sincere. She did the exam and explained everything she saw along the way. What an awesome doctor and person. I'm sure I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else in the world. I'm glad I chose her to be my doctor! I would highly recommend Dr. Jaime Vanourny to anyone.

Staff is friendly and professional, facility is clean. Waiting in the exam room in just the paper exam gown for 19 minutes left me really cold. I felt the exam was rather cursory. She was attentative to the spots I pointed out but looked very quickly over the rest if my body and didn't check my scalp at all. I do like her, just wished she'd been more thorough.

Jamie is exceptional, & if she removes any suspicious sun spots, those areas are Always covered Well w/ good bandaids ( I had to see another there once & several moles removed, lack of bandages caused bleeding all over my clothes, not good.
