AFC Urgent Care Gastonia, NC

Everything was amazing from the time we walked in to the time we left they greeted us. They considered us and care with my daughter with urgency. The lady who treated her was amazing. She educated us on everything that was going on every step she was taking she communicated with us Zack was amazing. I’m always choosing to go here. I haven’t had too many good experiences since I’ve been in Gastonia. it’s only been five months me and my five kids, but they were amazing and I’m so appreciative that they were empathetic caring quick respond responding. I felt like we were family like I’ve known them all my life they made us feel so welcome thank you my daughter is feeling much better. I appreciate y’all and I will always come back because of the good customer service and a good hospitality.

Incredible. I just wanted to start there. From the minute I walked in I was blown away by the customer care and concern, starting with Emily. I'm a bit older so I don't do much app stuff on my phone. Emily was patient and kind through the whole process. Might not sound like much, but for me it was a big help. Before I knew it I was checked in and called back where my medical assistant ( I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was professional and kind. Her personality was a brilliant light that I will carry throughout the rest of my day. Thank you young lady. You are going places for sure. Know that. My PA's name was Miss Tristin. I could only describe her as professional and interested. After all, when you go to an urgent care facility isn't that what we are looking for. Thank you Tristin! This all might seem a bit over the top, but think about it. It is truly the peak of cold and flu season and the wonderful people come to work with infectious (see what I did there ) attitudes. It can't help but pay off in the end. Thank you ladies for you hard work and tremendous efforts. You have been recognized. I'm hoping that the people that hand out promotions and raises are listening. You all are blessings in a tough business. Much appreciated Bradley S.

I had a great visit. Everyone from front desk to the MA to the provider were amazing and very friendly. Tee helped me check in and Tamara took my vitals and did my Xray. Provider Tristin explained everything so well and answered my questions. I recommend this place to everyone!

They were great. The staff very friendly along with Dr. Woodruff getting my situation under control since it started healing same night. Thank you all so much y'all are the best.

The check in process was simple not hard to understand at all. I completed all consent forms via mobile app, which makes it so much easier , than having to sit down and complete all the paperwork. appointment times were very fast and convenient which was good considering the fact my dad had an emergency and needed to be seen as soon as possible. During the visit i would say it took him about 30 minutes in all to be checked in, see the doctor, and be discharged. so i would highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of an immediate visit. Take care and be safe. Remember your health is very very important.!!

Only leaving a review because they won’t stop calling, texting, and emailing me to review. Experience was fine, didn’t wait long with my daughters ear infection and they were nice to her. Everything is done online, so not much of personal experience at first. The floor in the room was taped together and they have a cabinet above the toilet that I hit the corner of when trying flush. Overall, experience was okay, especially since wait wasn’t so long when my daughter was in lot of pain.

I took my mom here today and had a great experience with all the staff. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and attentive to finding out her issues. The PA was very specific and immediately recommended we proceed to the ER for further care. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care.
