Kevin Kia, M.D.

Have been seeing Dr. Kia for about 4 years. He is skilled and knowledgeable. But if you wanted to talk to him about something that you may be sensitive about, you can't because he fells that he alway has to have a woman nurse with him. Also I always spend at least 1/2 an hour in the waiting room for a appointment that fells rushed and lasts only about 5 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kia! He’s incredibly nice, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. His pleasant demeanor and professionalism made the appointment easy and reassuring. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring doctor. He even personally called after my appointment to check up on me.

I have seen Dr. Kia for a variety of skin issues. He is an amazing doctor, whom is very knowledgeable & empathetic. He calls in the evening to check on his patients after surgery. Very few doctors do that anymore. My husband, sister, & mother have become patients. We all think he’s awesome.

Dr. Kia is an excellent physician but unfortunately his support staff is the worst. Had an issue with insurance adjustment bill that they refused to adjust. borderline unfair business practice at best, price gouging at worst. Bring your wallet and prepare to pay

Lack of communication regarding the billing! Unprofessional staff and very unhelpful. I paid upfront for the visit but the insurance covered it partially after they submitted the claim. I am waiting for the refund since March. I truly liked dr. Kia but unfortunately I won't return after this unpleasant situation.

Things happen, while I had a poor experience with lack of communication while waiting, a miscommunication, Dr Kia called me directly to work through it. That’s enough to change my review. This doctor is the first one in almost 20 years who has figured out why I've had a rash and has made it much better. However, his staff will only communicate live on the telephone and I'm often not able to get to my phone. When I call back it's at least a 10 to 15 minute wait and I don't always have that kind of time. I hate that I have to leave over there, but it's just been too stressful. And it turns out what they had to tell me was no big deal and could have been left as a voice message with the that I could call back if I had questions **** Dr. Kia called me himself that evening and apologized for the frustration, saying they were working on it. He then gave me his cell phone number
