I had an incredible experience at Pinup Skin Medical Spa in Franklin. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The spa is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. A special shout-out to Victoria at the front desk, she is truly outstanding. Victoria is friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She made the entire check-in process smooth, answered all my questions with confidence, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Every business needs a "Victoria" at the front! The service, attention to detail, and overall experience were top-tier. I have received the Hydrafacial, BBL (broadband laser), microblading, laser hair removal, dermaplaning, lash lift/tint, and various other services at PinUp Skin Med Spa. Tab has been my primary esthetician for about 7 years. My 34 yo skin is aging gracefully because of Tab and her honest recommendations.

I scheduled a facial with Sabrina last week at their new West Haven location. Ever since, my skin has felt the best it has in YEARS! She made the appointment so comfortable and relaxing! I will be back to see her!

I love coming to Pinup Skin Medical Spa for my various services. One of my favorite parts is my service provider, Shelley. Service provider doesn't quite do her justice, though. Shelley is a wizard at her craft! It's so hard to find a great botox provider, and not only does she somehow make it painless, but I have never bruised, formed bumps, nothing. Her touch is perfection. Even better than her skills? Her heart! She is the sweetest, most genuine, most thoughtful woman! Her personality and humor are top notch. I have seen her for Botox injections, lip flip, IV therapy for my dehydrated days, B-12 injections, etc. I can't wait to add PRP to the mix and see more results of her craft! She is to Pinup what Dolly is to the world!
