The best dermatology practice in Tennessee, if not the U.S. The entire staff is so helpful and positive; it's obvious that they care about patient care. Dr. Stebbins is knowledgeable, helpful, and explains things so that you can understand. I had a general check-up with the "dynamic duo," (Ashley, the NP, and Delaney, the nurse). I have never in my many years of skin issues had an exam that was not only thorough, but having everything explained. Ashley is incredible capable and confidence-inspiring. Delaney is caring, friendly, and so helpful. For the first time in a long time, I left the dermo's office feeling like everything was taken care of. There is a nurse who answered the phone when I called (sadly, I don't remember her name). I shared that I was hesitant to come in because of past bad experiences with other clinics. This angel calmed me down, explained everything with compassion and convinced me to give them a try. She was so patient and helpful that I decided to come in for an overall skin check. I'm so glad that I did!

Brooke B is absolutely the best nurse! From the moment I arrived, she put me completely at ease and was so kind, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Taylor Proctor, NP was also amazing and helped me determine the best skin plan for my needs. She was extremely thorough, helpful, and genuinely cared about creating a plan that made sense for me. Together, Brooke and Taylor made my experience at Franklin Dermatology Group exceptional. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Dr. Navarre and Chloe assisted in my annual full body checkup and all on time, efficient and courteous. A very well organized and clean office front to back at 740 Cool Springs Blvd Second floor Suite 200 Franklin, TN 37067. They have a Mohs specialist and quality Sunscreen products and much more. They accept my Medicare and I am 6 years a patient.

I used to come here regularly; however, when the office had issues processing my referral, Dr. Navarro told me she was frustrated at me for not getting my referral taken care of, and that they were going to charge me a fee to reschedule. I had already spoken to my PCP and insurance for the referral and was told that it was taken care of, so I, the patient, felt frustrated and offended that my doctor was blaming me for an insurance problem. A doctor should not be negatively directing aggravation toward a patient, especially for a problem that should be taken care of by the people who understand the process. I felt completely dismissed and extremely offended by her confrontation. After they finally fixed the problem, Dr. Navarro did not apologize and acted completely ingenuine. I initially posted a review of my experience after the encounter, and based on reading that they abruptly canceled my prescription order without contacting me to explain. They have also repeatedly called me to remove this negative review, which is probably why there are so few negative reviews. The point of a review is to express feelings about personal experience which is what this is. I clearly will not be returning and do not recommend this place/doctor to anyone.

I went there today and Gave a Nurse a Compliment on her hair and Because I'm black, She took it all wrong and Already got ugly looks when I got there, Because I'm black and they staring like I was in the wrong place and I did not say anything wrong to No one or Nothing, But the lady runs outside like she about call the Cops over a compliment, BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT GO THEREZTREATED ME LIKE I'M A ANIMAL AND THIS WAS IN MY NETWORK WITH MY INSURANCE NEVER AGAIN AND I'M GONNA TELL MY EXPERIENCE TO EVERYONE NOW

Dr. Bergman is amazing! She diagnosed me with a skin condition after going to 4-5 dermatologists before that were unable to. She performed a procedure that alleviated my pain 100% and improved my quality of life. 13 months later, i'm still pain free and the scarring is minimal. She is very empathetic and her expertise is unmatched.

Such a wonderful experience today with Dr. Bergman and staff. I felt very informed and comfortable with my exam. Dr. Bergman even returned to address one other issue I had before I left. Super happy to have found a wonderful skin doctor that I will actually look forward to going back. Originally, I had a distant appointment but get in way earlier after being added to the cancellation list.
