I have been seeing Christiana at Franklin Skin and Laser for laser hair removal for a few months now. I couldn’t recommend her enough! She has been very patient, knowledgeable and kind every single session. I was anxious about the process and she spent so much time educating me, not to mention how welcoming the front staff have been. 10/10 recommend!

Carmen did my Smooth Threads treatment, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. My skin looks noticeably smoother, tighter, and more refreshed — but still completely natural. The improvement in texture and overall glow has been amazing. I’ve had so many people comment that I look "rested" without being able to pinpoint why! Kelsey is the absolute best! She really takes her time and is extremely thorough during each facial & skin treatment. I am always glowing when I leave the office (or a few days after the microneedling calms down haha!) I have been thoroughly enjoying getting dermaplane, facials and microneedling by Nicole in 2025 and I greatly appreciate how focused she is. She pays attention to detail and truly cares about what she is doing. She’s also personable and fun to chat with. I love visiting Skin and Laser as part of my self care rituals. The ambiance is beautiful, clean, classy and the staff is friendly and professional. Emma is my favorite front desk person. She is always smiling and makes me feel extra welcome. I just had my first ever Clear and Brilliant with Olivia and I am thrilled with the results!!!! I am already planning my next one!!! Olivia is the greatest, super friendly and knowledgeable.
