Nashville Skin: Comprehensive Dermatology Center - Cool Springs

I am a new patient with Nashville Skin after recommendations from family members. I am so very pleased with my experience thus far. They are very efficient and communicate well with their patients, both in writing and over the phone. There is little to no wait time and I love my doctor. Dr. Fajgenbaum is so pleasant and knowledgeable. She answers all of my questions in a patient manner. I highly recommend her and Nashville Skin.

I’ve seen other dermatologists who either made me jump through so many hoops just to get an unclear diagnosis, or have my problems dismissed. I ACTUALLY WAS HEARD HERE! They addressed not only the problem I came in for, but one I had fully given up on getting help for. AND they provided solutions for both right then and there. I felt seen, cared for, and the problems I was having are already improving. 100% recommend!

The provider I saw was very thorough and friendly. He answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. I’m sorry I forget his name, but I was very pleased with my visit. This was my first visit w Nashville skin and I plan to return for follow ups.

I love my practitioner Walt Sims-I had unexpected flare on my chin and they scheduled me right away and he gave me a solution to my flare. Him and his assistant were super super supportive of my needs and I look forward to seeing them in May for my annual check up!

Had a first time visit with Dr. Kristen Feigenbaum, She put me at ease with my questions on a specific spot That I came in for. The place was very easy to Find felt very comfortable With everyone that I dealt with at this facility, I would highly recommend it

My husband had a very good experience at Nashville Skin! The doctor was knowledgeable and quickly gave him a diagnosis and options for treatment. I had a question about treatment and called back later. The nurse quickly returned my call.

Front desk staff were very friendly. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. Walt is always warm and friendly and I was in and out in 15 minutes.
