I have visited a couple times over the years, most recently for a large red dot that appeared on my forehead that seemingly didn't want to go away after a month. I called to schedule an appointment as it had been a while since my last visit and it went without a hitch. I was in and out issue free, and the doctor was so kind! She prescribed a creme for my issue which I picked up from the pharmacy of my choice. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

I have gone to FWD for over 16 year Laura Baker is the primary person I see and she treats me with much respect and caring. She is very professional and courteous. She gets to the point and 16 years of going to her she has been more then helpful in getting me back to perfect health I am 66 years old

I hate to give this place a 1 star review bc my self and my family have had a few great experiences enough that we drive an hour, one way, but this last appt was absolutely terrible and they lost mine and my family’s business forever. I had never had a "skin cancer screening" before. When I was told some of the details I requested a female Dr to make it a little more comfortable getting undressed. I definitely made the wrong request. The nurse who took me back acted like she hated her job and I was a major inconvenience, I guess I shouldn’t say "nurse" bc I highly doubt this individual was an actual licensed nurse by her terrible bed side manner. Dr. Pamela Shoda was in and out in 14 mins. Not joking… entire body scan, 2 biopsies all within 14 mins. I stripped down to my underwear, was given a gown that didn’t even cover me up. Very awkward, humiliating and uncomfortable. No one introduced themselves. She pulled down my underwear and didn’t even tell me she was going to. I’ve had 3 children and the way these 2 people treated me is mind blowing. She said she was 98% sure 2 of the spots she sent off were "cancerous, but not the kind to worry about". What does that even mean?! I asked if I could get dressed before the biopsies on my face were done I was told "it only takes a couple mins and it’s quick". Didn’t matter that was laying there basically naked with nothing covering me. I was told the "nurse" would go over post op instructions. She stood in the room typing while I got dressed. Couldn’t even give me privacy to get dressed and gather myself and maybe answer some questions. I asked her what I needed to do. She handed me a paper and rushed me out. When I checked out I lost it and was crying, the lady checking me out was very kind and got me a manager. I understand that this is a busy practice but it doesn’t take much to be kind and have a little human decency. Especially when I’m paying you literally HUNDREDS of dollars for a 14 min appt. This same Dr was sure to tell me she had been there for 20 years and knew what she saw but in the same breath was quick to talk poorly about the plastic surgeon who I saw last, that I actually really liked, and I was disappointed to hear that he was no longer there. So unprofessional. I still can’t believe I experienced all that within 14 mins. I hope these people take a look at themselves and how poorly they treated their patient today.

I get such wonderful care here. I have a very scary skin issue and was put at ease . I have received such kind care from my Dr and his Nures and the Office staff. Amazing bedside manner by all.

Excellent Service provided to me from Dr. T. Bhatia and the entire staff. Grateful for the patience shown to me as well as honest responses regarding my concerns. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere.Will definitely referr family and friends. Thank You

Kate is incredible - I have gone to her for years . I now have my daughter and daughter in law seeing Kate. She is very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Kate !

The PA that helped me was knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. Also I found all the staff to be excellent, as well! So happy to have found a dermatologist & clinic that is as wonderful as the one I left in Texas after moving to Indiana.
