Katie the PA was great! She was friendly, easy to talk to, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made the whole visit comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I’d definitely recommend her!

Don't go here. I called radiant as a new patient and they text me a form to complete and said they'd call me back to schedule after it was filled. Only they never did, I had to call then. Once I had my appointment the dr acted like she didn't even want to look at my issues. One of which she said she would take care of, but that I had to call my insurance company and ask them which tax code they should use. On following their instructions my insurance company said the dr does that and they would cover it. I called to make another appointment and the receptionist said she would talk to the dr and then call me back to schedule. I never heard from them again. TLDR: Don't waste your time on a dermatologist and staff that doesn't care, go somewhere else.

Made the initial call as a new patient and couldn't even get past the person on the phone - she could not have cared less about helping - just a bored "can't do that, can't do that, can't do that" litany of responses. If the person on the phone doesn't care, the business doesn't care - full stop. Oddly enough, I hung up and immediately called a different dermatologist a mile from this one and within 10 minutes, had an appointment set and I am squared away. Save yourself the time it takes to call this place and deal with their bored, indifferent office staff and just contact another dermatologist.

Just simply the best! For dermatology and cosmetic needs. The office is clean, friendly and Dr. Spearman is so thorough and truly cares about her patients.

If I could give zero stars I would. My son is 16 and ASD and they refused to take him as a patient bc he has secondary insurance of waiver Medicaid like many ASD kids do. So even though I have primary insurance that they do take.. technically by law they would have to file Medicaid too (which they can do) but they don’t get paid what they think is enough by medicaid bc you can’t rip them off and it’s inconvenient to them so instead they just say they can’t accept you as a patient. Is this even legal to discriminate like this ? Absolutely ridiculous and NOT ETHICAL.

Dr Spearman is incredibly thorough and professional. She is very dedicated to making her patients comfortable and providing superior care.

I was recommended Radiants PA Katie from a friend & I have been very pleased! I have never been open to going to a derm or getting any treatments before (I always thought it wouldn’t work for me). I have tried literally everything I could from over the counter skin stuff to my primary PCP giving me anything else but I became so desperate to get my skin clear for my wedding in April & they did just that! I never tried any lasers but I am so glad I did! I am a huge advocate of their acne Aerolase laser treatment & it honestly changed my life. I’m now so much more excited to be getting married & feel comfortable in my skin, which I never thought I would.
