1. They were on Time 2. They were very organized through the entire process. 3. From the host to the assistants and the PA - all were friendly and communicative. My questions were answered thoroughly and I never felt rushed.

Excellent nurse practitioner, compassionate, includes valuable education for younger (tween) patients and disabled patients. I have one child with anxiety speaking to doctors. And she was very patient and caring and helpful. She explained things in terminology that "soon to be teenagers" can clearly understand and relate to. For my disabled child who is very intelligent, and autistic, she explained things patiently, and in a way that he could understand easily. She took the time to listen to him, past his speech impediments, and treated him with dignity and compassion. She is an angel. For both of my children she wrote easy to understand directions. We taped them on the mirror to help remind them of the steps and when to do it. Her reatment plans for both, thou different, had the same motivating goal and reasonable time frames. Highly recommend her and thank you again!!

Excellent experience with their PA, Mei Mei, and her assistant. Mei Mei was professional, confident, made me feel comfortable, was thorough in her examination of my skin. Although I drove to Ft. Myers for this appointment, I’m definitely looking forward to taking advantage of their mobile unit in Naples for my next annual visit. Receptionist, who was also very friendly and welcoming, informed me they book 6 months in advance. Ft. Myers exam room appeared clean.

I had the opportunity to schedule an appointment with the On Spot mobile clinic at my workplace. The appointment was much more comprehensive than I had anticipated. They have a fully functioning dermatology office in a mobile clinic. After my appointment I was able to get a next day appointment for my daughter in their brick & mortar location as a new patient which is unheard of these days! The staff is incredibly warm and friendly-from the receptionist to the providers. My provider offered holistic approaches to my concerns in addition to traditional western medicine. If you’re looking for a dermatologist, I highly recommend On Spot!

I highly recommend this place! It’s been the best place I’ve ever been to. The Doctor and staff are amazing. Very professional and friendly! The Doctor was very caring and made everything work out perfectly! He’s a great listener and made everything work perfectly! Love this place!

I had a cancer spot on my lip that I need removed and the surgery went smooth. The surgeon was wonderful stitch. Removal was great and healing very nicely. Been there about five times in like 2 1/2 years so I would recommend On Spot.

Great experience, the truck parked right at my office so it was super convenient. The rooms inside are small but have all the usual exam room things, and it feels very clean and safe. I highly recommend this provider.
