I came for Botox on May 2025 for my frown area using 20 unit (2 years before, in another place same units never a problem). The lady at that moment did a great job everything worked amazing as always had and I followed every post injection instructions and if I had a problem to come back. On 6/1/26 (first week of January) I came in for the same service in the same area paying $240 for that. Another lady did the procedure. She told me the instructions after injection but didn’t tell me that I had to come back in 2 weeks for a follow up. Four weeks have passed after my Botox treatment and I don’t see any changes. So I called for an appointment explaining the situation and it was schedule for today. I saw a different injector and I asked her if I am paying again for something that didn’t work last time, so she asked and someone else told her I had to pay again because I didn’t come for my follow up. I was never told for a follow up. I literally wasted $240 for nothing. To your answer: I don’t even remember your papers saying that. I do remember about the care and reaction. Reception never told me about a follow up either, she only asked me how was my experience and if I was interested in getting my "4ever young membership" starting at $99 that is a like a "beauty bank account" and if I was ready to sign up today and I said no. Take care of you clients. The injector is the most important person to give the information. I follow every single post injection recommendation she said but she never told me that I needed a follow up. She didn’t explain to me either how fast or slow Botox metabolism is. I though if I came back 3 weeks later it was still too soon. It literally looks like I was injected with saline. No effect at all. And when I called for this appointment I wasn’t told that I had to pay either. Today, I didn’t see any willing or efforts to help me to resolve my problem and I was always polite even when I called.

I had Dysport injections. Young lady did a wonderful job. I needed a touch up while in town on vacation. Highly recommend. Fair pricing. I found a coupon on Groupon so that made my visit even more reasonable. Just had to screenshot the coupon not buy on Groupon and they honored it. Very professional staff. Very clean.

Keaunna is helping me with my skin care routine and she is amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and caring and will give you the best advice. I highly recommend them for any of your needs regardless of your goals.

I happened to be in the area and had some downtime so I decided to get a hydrafacial. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. My aesthetician was Keaunna and she was awesome. She explained the entire process from start to finish and gave me great skin advice to follow going forward. My skin feels so clean and smooth. I would absolutely be a repeat customer if I lived in the area.

Soon as you walk in it’s welcoming, clean and feels upscale. The front desk is helpful. I was called to appointment fast. Estella was informative and took photos for profiling my needs. I would highly recommend to see them and get all your beauty care needs taken care of! And so happy I have something close to the house!

Love the staff. 10/10 recommend. Got tox done with Lindsay and barely felt a thing. She’s so sweet and gentle. Felt welcoming to be there. Will be coming back consistently for my treatments.
