I had a BBL Heroic Halo done with Ryann Lavenia and her staff in Ft. Myers. I have noticed a dramatic difference in the overall texture of my skin, and peopke have been commenting on how good my skin looks. I did the full body and would 100% do it again!! Ryan and her staff are friendly, and knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend them! Looking forward to my next Hydrafacial with Kalynn.

I’ve been a customer at FIBB for about five years, and I keep coming back! From regular Botox to other treatments I’ve tried, everything has given me natural, noticeable results. My goal has always been to stay youthful without surgery, and FIBB helps me do exactly that. Everyone is great — from the front desk to the techs and clinicians. (special shout out to Ryann, Hanah, Bailey, Nai, Tori, Amber and Katie) They’re friendly, professional, and truly care about my comfort and results. They always check in to make sure I’m comfortable before and during any procedure, which I really appreciate. They use state-of-the-art technology and really solid products, and the membership options make it easy to keep up with treatments.If you want great results with a team that listens — and makes the whole experience enjoyable — FIBB is where you need to be.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Bea Jay does a fantastic job with my Botox. She alleviated all of my problem areas, and is very knowledgeable in explaining all your options in an understandable way. I wake up in the morning feeling better about starting my day and facing the world. I look forward to seeing her and the girls for my next appointment. Top notch customer service all around.

If I could give six stars I would. Ryann was incredible!!!! 12/10 experience. Her knowledge, training, and consultation is unmatched. Not only is she highly trained to provide beautiful results but she’s also so kind and makes you feels so comfortable. I will definitely be going back and referring all friends and family to see her! Giving her all her flowers 👏🏼

FIBB is amazing. I have issues with sun damage and Rosacea. I tried the BBL treatments and I am so happy with the results. Jacqueline is wonderful. She explains everything and matches the exact treatments for your individual needs.

The place is immaculately clean, warm and inviting. The minute you walk in the door you are greeted by the very personable Liz. Always with a smile. She will do anything within her power to make sure your visit is perfect. Ive seen Hannah 3 times now for my facial procedures and have more visits planned. She is completely amazing. Very competent and does her job well. I have also had one round of botox with Anna also amazing and competent. Have another botox scheduled with her too. (Getting holiday ready)! I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm so happy they have a location in Punta Gorda. Highly.....Highly recommend.

Gave this place two chances because I’m apparently too nice. First time: Requested Dysport, they injected Botox instead (double the price) without reading the form. Only fixed it after I paid and complained. Should’ve walked then. GOOD thing I wasn’t allergic ! Fast forward a year later: It was about 6 months since I got disport in New Jersey . Price almost doubled from under $400. Fine, inflation. But the results? Straight-up Star Trek nightmare. Forehead looks like nothing was even done , Spock territory—. Classic bad dysport : total rookie job. Then the upsell hell: Pushed "$200 miracle hair pills," followed by another $200 hair scam when the first didn’t work. It’s a clinic AND a scam factory. Incompetent injections, predatory pricing, zero skill. If you want to look younger, go anywhere else. If you want to look like you lost a bet with a Vulcan and your wallet, come here. Run. Don’t walk. (Photos attached show the exact "what fresh hell is this" forehead disaster. This was three weeks after Botox today )
