Haiken Dermatology - Summerlin Rd

I have been a patient of Allison Tubbs for the past 9 years. Allison is always professional, thorough and does an excellent job communicating. I have had dozens of spots frozen, several painless biopsies and 2 Mohr surgeries at Haiken Dermatology. Completely happy with those as well and although I was hoping for manly scars, the barely visible lines are good outcomes. 100% satisfied.

I believe I shared a very positive response after the previous time I saw Jonelle. Yesterday when I saw her, I was a little bit disappointed when she obviously had not read my chart before coming into the room. I had melanoma surgery this past November and this was my follow up appointment with her. She asked me who did my surgery and I wanted to say "Dr. Ritter who you told me to go to." I however, did not say that to her. I realize she sees many many patients, but I really felt as though I was meeting her for the first time.

Very pleased with this practice and staff. I am a physician, and am impressed with all aspects of my visit. Check-in was friendly and efficient. I was taken to the exam room on time, met with 2 capable ( and again, friendly) medical assistants. I was then seen by Jonal Archard DNP. Her exam was thorough, with skill she treated a number of lesions, never seemed rushed, making the visit comfortable. I have had several interactions with Dr. Haiken who exemplifies the characteristics of his staff. 5 stars!

My experience at Haiken Dermatology has always been excellent. Jolene who is compassionate, kind and always takes the time to explain what she needs to do and why. The entire staff are so kind.

The office is impeccably well maintained and clean. It is decorated in such a way that you feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff, medical professionals and physicians are wonderful. They are always friendly and personable. They are well trained and organized, and clearly very competent. They have always provided me with wonderful care and great outcomes.

Shannon is the absolute best. Smart, thorough and kind. I went swimming in the Gulf Bay at Key West and got hurt on an underwater rusty pipe and an underwater huge rock. She took biopsies to make sure I don't have vibrio vulnificus or some other bad bacteria in that water.

Excellent! I have been going to Haiken Dermatology for 10 years! Shannon is the professional who treats me and I cannot say enough good things about her! She is excellent. I highly recommend this office!
