Ashley Pezzi, MD – Fort Myers Dermatologist

I was originally referred to Dr. Pezzi for my daughter, but we were able to get a sooner appointment with Megan DeSelms. The check-in and check-out staff were incredibly friendly, and the entire team was so kind and helpful throughout our visit. Megan provided clear instructions and explained the next steps thoroughly. She was friendly, firm, and extremely knowledgeable. I left feeling confident in my daughter’s care and the follow-up appointments ahead. We finally felt heard, especially after our previous dermatologist left us feeling discouraged. My daughter is already seeing results and is finally on the right path thanks to Megan and the wonderful, supportive staff. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Pezzi staff is professional, courteous and friendly. The office is spotless would recommend Dr. Paji to anyone needing a top-notch dermatologist. Dr. Pezzi takes her time with her patience and answers any questions you may have in a way that I can understand she is the best.

Great doctor and staff. Office was clean and staff was welcoming and efficient. Got in to see Dr Pezzi very quickly and she came in immediately. She was pleasant and also efficient and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend her.

Great staff! Dr. Pezzi took the time to really listen and explain all my options. She’s very personable, caring, and thorough. I highly recommend her and the team. The first place I went to completely missed the underlying issues, but she quickly identified and addressed them. I’m so glad I came here! I highly recommend this practice

Dr Pezzi is awesome! She’s friendly, and knows what she’s doing. Also, I think most importantly, she listens to her patients and helps come up with a plan that you’re comfortable with. I highly recommended her!!

Took my dad to be seen for a suspicious mole on his face. I’ll start by saying the good. They got us in right away staff was very nice and the clinic very clean. Test results resulted with in about a week. Unfortunately it doesn’t matter how fast you are seen and results are in if you can’t get the results. This is the issue that I’m having at this moment with them. They called ONE time to give results I couldn’t answer because I was at work. Like most jobs I can’t answer private phone calls when I’m busy at work. I called them back and they didn’t have anyone available to give the results, ok, they will call me back….they never did. I call again days later, they don’t have anyone to give me results. This time they called me back hours later unfortunately I’m at work and busy. Days later I call again, they don’t have anyone to give me results. So I asked if they could leave a voicemail with the results, they can’t do that. OK, I asked if I could go in tomorrow in person and get the results, can’t do that either. I asked if I could make an appointment to get the results, can’t do that either….so now I’m here still waiting for a phone call. I offered alternatives and was flexible in order to accommodate them so I could get the results of my father potential skin cancer but they offer no flexibility. Next step I will just request medical records from them.
