I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Karlene for over 20 years. He has been amazing in the diagnosis of any skin condition which myself or a family member has had. Did i say he is a FANTASTIC dermatologist. Dr. Karlene also has a remarkable team of nurses and office staff. A beautifully decorated office totally comfortable and accommodating. You never know when you may have a dermatological emergency. Don't forget to see a dermatologist for proper daily skin maintenance including hair. Dr. Karlene, Thank you for all the years of providing your expertise in dermatology knowledge to my entire family and friends.

Best team of professionals! I’ve been very happy with my results & continue to be impressed. Ann Marie is full of great tips. I’ll be going back to see her more often. Meghan & Jeanette have helped me many times for the last few years. My experience with Karlene Dermatology has been great so far. My first appointment was with nurse Lauren who was very kind and professional and able to answer all of my question I had about my medications. I also saw the nurse practitioner Lauren who listened to the direction I wanted to go in with my care. Nurse Lauren went over every detail with me about my care plan going forward and made everything very simple. I would highly recommend.

I recommend this office to anyone that is in need of a dermatologist. Every time I visit I look forward to my nurse visit with Mrs. Sandi. She is an amazing lady. She is always so kind and pleasant wearing that beautiful welcoming smile. She always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed and never rushes my visit. I know she has other patients but I always leave feeling like I was the number one patient 😀. She makes sure that I have all my prescriptions. Professional, courteous and friendly staff. Lauren Goldie, NP and Anne Marie are both amazing!! I highly recommend them both. I have more compliments now in my 40’s than I ever did in my 30’s since I started seeing them. Great office!

My goodness where to begin. I have been a patient for over 20 years and have received nothing but exceptional service from the front desk to the exsm room. Although the wait time may be excessive, I understand quality and knowledge of practice requires patience. Annmarie is my angel...she is so engaging and supportive of my vanity lol...she always makes time for those who wish to access her cosmetic services; returning calls, texts, and following up to insure satisfaction is achieved. I love this clinic and will refer anyone looking for results...be it a dermatological or cosmetic concern.

I've been seeing Ann Marie at Dr. Karlene's office for several years now. I live in Saginaw but would travel to the ends of the Earth to follow her wherever she is. Both the Flint and Warren locations are very nice but Warren is my favorite. During this time Ann Marie has helped to rejuvenate and maintain my skins youthful appearance and I can not thank her enough. She's so amazing that I've referred all my friends and their friends to her and I will continue to do so.
