Ladies First Health Care

I’m very disappointed with the care I received at Ladies First Health Care. My visit felt rushed, and the staff did not take the time to properly address my concerns. They lost my lab results and falsely told me the test was negative when in fact, it was never even processed. Instead of being honest, they asked me to come back to retest. This kind of dishonesty and lack of care is unacceptable, especially in a women’s health facility where trust and transparency are so important. The staff were rude and dismissive, and I left feeling completely neglected. It’s clear they are taking on more patients than they can properly handle, which is leading to poor service and major errors. If I can’t trust the people caring for my body, who can I trust? I will be finding another provider, and I do not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable or compassionate care. Instead of apologizing for the way I was treated the lady was happy for me to come in and get my records to find a new provider. I’ve been with them for over two years the services in prior years was very good great communication and all and now it’s poor because they are accepting too many clients and can’t manage it effectively. Edit: somebody did reach out to apologized for inconvenience of the services I received an I do feel much better after speaking with her. Normally I always got good receives I knew they were having an unusual busy day. I appreciate them for reaching out.

My first visit was very pleasant. I didn’t wait long at all to be taken back. Once in a room, things ran smoothly and very quickly. Colleen was amazing and personable. I didn’t feel rushed at all, she was very easy to talk to, thorough and kind. Tonni H • October 24, 2025

Ladies first healthcare flint is the best! I had an emergency and they took care of it in a timely fashion. I had a call within the first week for my first surgery! This was a life-saving! The staff is caring and they answer all your questions. I would recommend them to everyone.

I love the staff at ladies first. Everyone is always polite and caring. I feel seen and heard when I voice any concerns during my appointment. The providers are thorough, kind, and professional.

Had a AMAZING birthing experience thanks to Coleen !!! She is the best , talked me thru everything I needed to do. The doctors and staff make you feel so comfortable!!! Coleen definitely makes it possible for you to literally ask her anything !!!

Have been going here for several years & I have never thought about going anywhere else. The office is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Colleen & Dr.Ahmad handled my pregnancy and birth extraordinarily! Any concerns I ever have, they always give informative answers. Wait times are always short, as well. I always recommended this office to any friends/family in search of a gynecologist or OB! However, they are cutting down on deliveries so I am hoping I can continue any pregnancy care through this office.

I’m 14 weeks pregnant and I just called hoping to switch my OB because I’ve had a horrible experience with Hurley OB. The lady on the phone said that this office doesn’t accept new patients after 14 weeks of pregnancy. That is just ridiculous to me. I have actual concerns that I’d like addressed that my current OB doesn’t seem to care about.
