I was recommended to Body Beautiful by my sister to try it out and I loved my experience! Lindsey and Maria are so great and kind! They answered all concerns and questions I had and always made my visits comfortable and pleasant. Another thing I loved is how clean and sanitary it is there. I will always be coming back here! 10/10 experience!!!

I highly recommend Body Beautiful for any of your hair removal needs. The staff is incredibly professional and highly skilled. I unfortunately had gone to another well known med spa for laser hair removal and spent almost 18 months and several thousand dollars for treatments that were only partially successful. I wish I had known about Body Beautiful before I went there. I could have saved myself both time and money. In just a few short visits at Body Beautiful I can see so much more progress and know that my treatments are actually going to give me the results I've been looking for.

This is the place you want to be if you’re looking for quality results! I started my laser journey a year before I discovered Body Beautiful and it wasn’t going well. I wasn’t making enough progress, I felt like I was just wasting my money. As soon as I came to Body Beautiful, Maria came up with a specific treatment plan just for me. She explained to me the science of how it works and what our goals were. In my first session here, I had better results then I did in 12 I had elsewhere. Lindsay is amazing and extremely efficient at scheduling and making sure you have everything you need. I’m so thankful for you guys!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I visited this place for the first time two weeks ago, and it will also be my last. The experience was disappointing from start to finish, and I regret not leaving after the consultation, which was basically just a price estimate with no clear explanation. Roda was unprofessional and unclear throughout the process. She didn’t even tell me how many units of Dysport she was injecting into my forehead—just quoted me $300 and did only three pokes. I thought it was odd but went ahead with it. Today, I went back for my "two-week follow-up," hoping to address my concerns about the results. I told her I wasn’t happy, but instead of offering a solution, she said, "I think it’s good, you don’t need any more." Her response was dismissive—especially when I explained that I wanted less movement and fewer lines. It felt like she didn’t care what I wanted because, apparently, she's happy with the results, so that’s all that matters, right? My face, my unhappiness, but as long as she's happy, everything’s fine. Even worse, during my original appointment, Roda assured me that if I wasn’t satisfied with the results after two weeks, I could come back for adjustments. Today, she completely ignored that promise. The office staff wasn’t much help either. When I called to inquire about my appointment, they were clueless. Please, do your research before choosing where to go for any treatments. Trusting your face to someone who doesn’t listen to your concerns is a huge risk. This place did not meet the standard of care I was expecting.

I love Body Beautiful! Not only is the staff friendly and amazing but I have seen a drastic improvement on the areas that I receive laser hair removal on. As an African American woman, many people are not skilled to remove our hair but the staff here is amazing and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend everyone to go to Body Beautiful.

I am giving 5 stars to Body Beautiful. Here are the reasons why. I started electrolysis a few months ago and I am very pleased with the results. Maria and her staff are very helpful, accommodating, and best of all the hair removal has been a complete success. I used to be self-conscious about my facial hair, but all of that is now in the past. I also have tried electrolysis at a few other places and my experience at Body Beautiful makes me sad that I didn't find Body Beautiful sooner. Kudos to Maria for making her clients feel comfortable and helping them find their "inner and outer beauty" at this great facility.

I have been going to BB for years and have never been disappointed! The staff are amazing and they do beautiful work! They specialize in skin of color and take their time with all procedures. The laser hair removal works wonders. I would definitely recommend for any spa and facial needs, definitely the laser hair removal if you’re in need!
