I do visit Dr B in crystal lake location for second look of keratosis and I can say that all stuff from front to assistant Doctor Patel and him were professional king and did great job Thx again stuff and Dr Suleman /

I have been a patient for over 5 years. Dr Bangash is a very good Surgeon and compassionate Health Care Provider. The reason I have given him this poor rating is his office systems and staff are subpar. The Front desk staff used to be great at the Elgin Office but they are not patient friendly nor trained appropriately. The patient portal is a joke and provides the patient with nothing. I have been told it's the best system but it is not fully operational yet, this has been going on since my first appointment in 2019. They also have issues with handling referrals from primary care doctors or relaying patients medical reports back to primary doctors. I hope that Dr. Bangash will take this input as constructive feedback and make the changes within his office to provide his patients with a excellent experience I know you can do better.

Went for removal of some cancerous area for my first time. When staff called to set up the procedure she was extremely through. Upon arrival the staff was pleasant at front desk. Everyone of the staff that assisted was very attentive to my needs and concerns. The process was long but that had been explained prior. Extremely happy with the whole procedure. Dr. Bandgash was gentle and explained everything he was doing during procedure. Kept asking if I had any questions and he would be happy to explain. I can only tell you to understand that the procedure can be long.

This was my first visit to the clinic and I was pleased by the way I was treated by all personnel. Dr. Bangash carefully explained the surgical procedures he was going to use and he promised no pain. He worked with obvious expertise and efficiency and I was comfortable during my surgery. The lady who does the wound stitching was very pleasant as was the medial assistant who prepared me for surgery. If you need a skin cancer removed, ask for Dr. Bangash.

The doctor is very nice, but what I am quite upset about is the fact that I will now be going back for a third visit to have the incision reopened because it did not seem to be done right originally. So I therefore I'm going to be going through the Facial Pain I started out with after the first surgery. So I am quite upset about that fact. My face does not look right looks slightly distorted and being a lady we want our face to look as good as it possibly can. So I am pretty dissatisfied with that fact that I have to go through this again.

Dr. Bangash and his team are very professional. They took the time to explain the procedure for my daughter and outcomes. Checking in and being seen within a matter of minutes was a breeze. They answered any questions we may have had. We will continue our care with post procedural follow-ups for the best outcome. Thank you!

Dr Bangash has done some excellent MOHS surgery on my face in some very odd spots - mainly the bridge on my nose. Since I wear glasses, the scar can hardly be seen. His appointments are on time and the staff is excellent. I highly recommend him.
