Mohs Surgery & Dermatology Center

Everyone in the office is patient and kind. You feel cared for and not rushed. Dr. Conway is very patient and takes his time with you addressing all your questions and concerns. He personally called me following testing. Great experience!!!

They are good dermatologists. I had sebaceous hyperplasia on my forehead and had gone to another dermatologist practice (one that has a very big fancy lobby) only to be told they wouldn’t remove them because they would cause pitting and scarring if removed. I came to Mohs and had them all removed in a short and easy procedure - no scarring, no pitting, and no reoccurrence. Highly recommended!

I happened to call when a cancellation had just opened up and was able to be seen in just a few short days. From the moment walked into the office until the very end after rescheduling, I couldn't believe the care. I was in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes, I didn't even have time to find my place in my book I had brought expecting to sit for awhile. I saw Kathy who was extremely friendly, efficient, and had a fantastic bedside manner. I felt very comfortable with her nurse and during my interactions with both staff it felt like we were old friends. I would highly recommend this office based on my first experience!

Mohs Dermatology is overall a nice place but the PA Kathy Guerra, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She is very judgmental and does not know how to talk to her patients. She had to do a biopsy on my mom and did not explain at all or walk my mom through the procedure. She just grabbed my moms thigh and wanted to numb her thigh right away because she was in a hurry too. Since she didn't explain to my mom what she was doing my mom moved her arm a little bit because she stated it tickled her and Kathy yells "DO NOT TOUCH ME" when my mom was not even trying to touch her. I personally work at a doctors office and I have never met a PA so rude or that doesn't explain what they are going to do to the patient BEFORE doing the biopsy. Not only was she rude to my mom, she was also rude to her MA. Her MA is asking her question's regarding the rx she was giving my mom and Kathy walks out of the room and ignores her. We even felt sorry for her MA for the way she treats her. Mohs and the MA were very nice but do not see Kathy Guerra. I personally go there myself and see the PA Ashley and she is so nice! Best PA ever. I also had to get a biopsy and Ashley walked me though everything and made me feel comfortable. Please do not see Kathy if you go to Mohs Derm.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful, Megan did an excellent job of checking me in and Jake, as usual, very professional and friendly. Great place.

Very pleased with experience. Biopsy prep was painless, felt nothing, over in 30 seconds. No pain after the procedure, just instructions to change bandage every day. All staff very professional, polite and patient for a nervous old man.

For the love of God! Retrofit your doors so people with limited mobility can get into your office easier. You’re printing money. You should have this small benefit for your elderly patients ant the people who care for them. Shame on you for not being fully thoughtful of your patients’ limitations. And you better be prepared to pay up otherwise they will loudly shame you about being sent to collections.Then when we went to make a follow up appointment to have stitches removed we were greeted by an angry front desk person who said angrily said "your back again!" I honestly am looking forward to seeking better quality and more caring dermatology services
