Moor Herbs Marketplace

I have made a few purchases from Moor Herbs in the past. I have always been satisfied. My most recent purchase was made on Dec. 24, 2025. I still have not received my product. I was provided a tracking number with USPS. In attempting to track my order, I can see that a shipping label has been created on Jan. 14, 2026. I still have not received my order. Today is Wednesday, January 21, 2026. I will give it until the end of the week before I request a full refund and I will no longer be a customer.

They offer a large variety of health, wellness, and well-being products. Sundays are $1/gallon alkaline water and $1.50/gallon on the other days - can't beat that price anywhere! Beautiful gemstone jewelry, stones, and carvings. And deliciously nutritious smoothies (my fave is Purple Passion).

Terrible experience last time I was there. I've spent $1,000+ dollars in this store over time since it's been open. That being said, earlier this year when I started my transition in my diet (around April or after), the said "owner (I know him as brother Bey)" got upset with me because I told him I wasn't happy with my smoothie one day (a $7-$13 purchase). Without giving me options to satisfy me as the consumer, he continued to attempt go back and forth with me in a verbal dispute rather than supply me with solutions. In a Later situation, the last time I was there, I bought a black seed infusion drink which I got out of the cooler ($25 dollar purchase). I made it home to realize the bottle was not sealed. When I went back to address that I didn't want it because there was no seal, he started the back n forth again and also said "this the second time you did this" "if you ain't got the money just say that" and more antagonizing words. Just like the previous situation, he did not supply me with any viable solutions only offered a refund (while having an attitude). I was willing to exchange for store items but he was insisting on treating me as he deemed necessary. All in all, I was very disappointed in what seemed to be a prominent start to the variety not found in our neighborhood in earlier years. 👎🏽👎🏽

Soursop, Elderberry, Ginger.... like these? You'll love what they do with them. The grandkids cringe on the soursop, but it cuts their coughs so they take a tbsp before bed so they can sleep.

Went in for the first time today, loved it! I’d been searching for aplace to has alkaline water, smoothies, herbs and a market... Definitely bringing my mom back so she can learn more too.

Recently ordered an authentic Moorish fez...I received it in a timely manner and it is of good quality! Good experience, so I highly recommend!
