Dr. Heidelberg was wonderful, very nice, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns and created a customized routine specifically to help heal my skin. I truly felt heard and supported during my visit. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who is sincere, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping you achieve healthy skin!

Dr.Heidelberg. She’s so wonderful and took very good care of my daughter with her skin and hair issues that has been very traumatizing for her inductor Heidelberg reassured her that everything well be fine As long as he sticks to the routines and regiment, that she set up for my daughter. I would recommend Dr. Heidelberg to everyone she’s kind caring and Listen and can relate to you all your needs. I’m so grateful I was able to get an appointment for my daughter very quickly.

I enjoy conversing with the gentleman at the front desk amazing conversation and excellent customer service. However when I got called to the back I was taken to a room, and asked a couple of questions. I explained I am here to get an understanding of my facial skin, proceeding she says " A doctor will be with you" after waiting for an hour and hearing people outside my door just laughing and grouped up in a circle I left due to my own emotions. None the less this is probably a highly efficient building with high quality staff I just wish I got to experience it other than the front desk.

Dr.Heidelberg and her support staff are the professional knowledgeable well manner medical team I've had the privilege of meeting in several years. This office is very clean & the staff is extremely professional. The wait time is not long at all. Dr. Heidelberg is extremely thorough and addressed all of my issues and diagnosed my condition in language I could understand. She explained what the plan of action for my treatment would be & I left the office feeling satisfied with her treatment plan.
