A Comprehensive Dermatology Center

I just left there after I waited at the front desk for almost ten minutes as the woman is complaining to her co worker about her computer never working doesn’t even look at me then asked my name and misspelled it so I corrected her she gave me the papers to fill out and as I walked away she called me rude so I walked out I was referred to this place and never again will I return that grouchy person should not be in any service work

I have to give it a 5 star for Dr. MOIN, (hopefully I spelled it correct) he is an awesome doctor. Super sweet and friendly and takes the time to listen and explains things to you. Yes I have to agree with other reviews about the waiting part bc it is HORRIBLE but the Dr definitely makes up for it.

This office is way too slow. They need a better way of checking in patients. The doctor is very nice and works fast.

Get better people to answer the phone. Everyone there is beyond incompetent. 15 mins on hold is wild. Invest in a better front desk person or more? The front desk person also felt very anti-black. Talked over me just very rude and disrespectful

This place is absolutely ridiculous!!!! They cram everybody on one date. People wait sitting on the floor OUTSIDE the office!!! This is my third visit, because I came here on my second visit and they had people crammed in like cattle. I decided to reschedule. The intake person provided a time when ‘it wouldn’t be crowded.’ Guess what? Crowded again!! I’m in the process of looking for another dermatologist.
