I cannot say enough good things about young skin and the entire staff! I have taken both of my kids to treat a number of different issues, and every appointment has been amazing. Everyone here is so compassionate and truly cares. It is so rare to find an office like this. I highly recommend and will be returning in the future for any skin related issue 💗💗 my oldest was even disappointed his skin had cleared up because it meant he didn’t need to come in anymore 😂😂

My daughter has had terrible eczema most of her life. Handful of visits to different pediatricians and dermatologists have not worked until we came there to Young Skin and saw Ms. Fridman. Everyone is helpful, sweet and respectful here. We recommend anyone who has eczema or skin problems to come here. The office is clean and beautiful. I drive over an hour to come here for my daughter and I’ll keep coming here if we needed!

My daughter has been a patient at Young Skin since she was 4 months old, and even though it’s self-pay, it is worth every dollar. Whenever we’ve had an issue, the team has always found a way to fit us in, whether with Dr. Benjamin or their amazing PA, Samantha. My daughter struggles with eczema and food sensitivities, and they consistently put my mind at ease during flares, offering solutions that truly work. They are so patient with her and always find ways to comfort and distract her when she’s upset. Even though I have insurance and could see a dermatologist in-network, I choose Young Skin because of the way they care for us. They make us feel like VIP clients every single visit.

Dr. Benjamin and her staff were great! She was able to take care of a skin tag for my baby. It was fast, efficient, minimally invasive. They made the process so easy.

These are the best lips I’ve ever gotten! Dr. Latanya is incredibly gentle and really takes her time to make sure everything looks natural and balanced. I felt so comfortable during the whole appointment, and the results came out beautiful. I highly recommend her!

This doctor is more concerned with image than treating her actual patients. The ambiance of the office is girl boss. Pink decor and plaques of her appearances in different magazines representing "women in dermatology" every 6 inches throughout the waiting room. None of which state any actual achievements in the field besides being a woman, just to note. Total cosmetic dermatologist vibe with absolutely nothing for children. But of course, if you can heal my son I don’t care about the decor. A good business practice checks off three simple boxes. The professional arrives on time, does their job correctly, and isn’t a jerk about providing their service to you. Not even 2 hours before our 1st appointment with Dr Benjamin we receive a call saying she wouldn’t be in the office and that we’d be meeting with the PA. The PA was timely, kind, and doubled the strength of our previously prescribed antibiotics which contained the spread but didn’t fully eradicate the infection/wound. In our follow up appointment we waited in the treatment room for 45 minutes before the doctor came in. We were 5 minutes late for the appointment ourselves so this puts the doctor almost an hour past the appointment time. The doctor was snarky and sarcastic after answering a few of my questions during the appointment but if she can heal my son, I could overlook that and still give her at least 3 stars for getting the job done. She switched our topical treatment which was almost fully effective in treating my sons infection, it definitely helped. Unfortunately when it was very close to being fully healed we had to come back as the infection seemed to come back, now showing new postules. In our 3rd visit we waited in the room for over 40 minutes again before the PA came in to assist us. The doctor "was busy with filming" so she couldn’t see us. Despite me calling that morning and asking what is the earliest time Dr. Benjamin** would be available. We chose this office based on our pediatrician’s recommendation who we love and trust and have been with for over 20 years. We have insurance and could have gone to many other pediatric dermatologist but came here to meet this DOCTOR that was recommended to us. This is a self pay office so when you’re paying $200/$150 per appointment WERE PAYING TO SEE THE DOCTOR. We expressed this concern and she was able to make her celebrity appearance to see my son. She changed his cream. Said she’d call on Monday to check in. The cream helped by Monday. No call of course. Tuesday the PA called and I asked what we should do moving forward. She said she’d talk to the doctor and let us know. Never called back. Wednesday I call and ask again what to do moving forward. She said she hasn’t been able to speak with the doctor but recommended stopping the cream. We did. Thursday my son wakes up with another vestule on his face. Applied the cream again and woke up Friday with worse reddening. I call when they open on Friday and get an answering service because "although the office is open they’re not taking calls yet". When they called us back I was informed that Dr Benjamin "has been away doing talks" which is why she hasn’t been available to touch base about my sons treatment all week. If you’re a doctor and reading this focus on your patients more than your branding. I would pay $500 a visit for a doctor that actually cares about the patient and seeing them through their course of treatment until it’s actually resolved. Dr Benjamin is going for the "mommy doctor" as her brand but maybe in the sense of Botox for moms or something because absolutely nothing about her office or care service implies that she cares about the kids who walk in for treatment. TLDR: doctor was an hour late to both appointments, helped my sons infection but was not able to heal it, was snarky/sarcastic in our appointment and never called us to check in on him once in the 4 weeks we were in her care. Additionally does not accept insurance so after $500 out of pocket we had to find another office anyway.

This is a Business NOT a Dr office!!! Having 4 children from the ages of 26yrs to 16months , I am appalled at the method of caregiving this Dr has. This Dr is more interested in being a T.V persona than being a Dr. The assistant should be the namesake of that practice. The only thing this practice has going for them is the Ice cream shop that’s downstairs . This Dr needs to get back to the basics. "Being a Caregiver" . Do NOT EXPECT ANY follow-up calls from the Dr.
