My wife and I were patients there. I love dr.mcbay but have come to find out my wife is no longer under his care no reason letter just trying to get med refill and alot of her meds are life sustaining. Tried calling but phones are constantly busy. Need to speak to them immediately

Lori is the best! I originally went to her for laser hair removal 7 years ago and liked her so much I never left. She’s done my Botox, Dysport, and Kybella with amazing results. She’s incredibly personable and answers every question. She is more than five stars I highly recommend her.

Before considering this facility for your primary care or urgent care needs, I strongly recommend reviewing their policies carefully. The practice employs newly graduated Physician Assistants from UAMS who are often placed in situations requiring experienced clinical judgment. The supervising physicians appear to prioritize financial gain over adequate patient care. I sought treatment in good faith, and as part of my employment requirements, I needed FMLA documentation completed. However, despite my medical concerns and despite FMLA being a federally regulated process, I was informed that they would not complete the necessary paperwork unless I had been an established patient for six months. I have found no policy either within their practice guidelines or in general healthcare regulations that supports such a requirement.

In the past i was seen by Dr.Mohammed i received very good care. This last time i went i seen an APRN we discussed some personal care and getting me some help and info on the Arthritis. Im very disappointed to say i waited almost a month and received no call back. Then after calling 3 different instances i finally got a call not from the APRN but a message from the APRN saying they still hadn't got my XRays and everything was fine. I can tell you everything is not fine otherwise i wouldnt have came to the Dr. I will now try a different Dr to see if they will help me with the pain I'm in since i received un -reliable care through them this time.

Noydeen has been so helpful to me for my quality of life. All the staff care deeply for their patients.

Very pleasant and kind staff. The wait did take almost an hour but I was also a new patient and they were busy so that could be why. Saw Dr Ali he answered all my questions and concerns and got me in and out quick and he made me feel like he actually cared. Definitely recommend this place!

They do not deserve even ONE STAR. From start to finish. Completely HORRIBLE AND RUDE EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY!!! Found out Dr McBay was at this place. I hadn’t seen him for a while. Called for appt. They asked for all kinds of info. I said NO. Hung up on me twice. I had to walk in to make appt. Showed up and declined to fill out a laundry list of family history/med history (wrote N/A). I am a private person and not interested in giving away personal info to anyone. Never heard of these Noydeen people but Dr. McBay has been our doctor for decades. If he needs to know it, he’s got records or ask me and I tell you- the DOCTOR- not rude people working here. From then on they treated me like dirt. I called 2 weeks later. Any follow up? Refill on script? "We will call you back". Never called. I call today about lab work bill and Shay spoke to me. "You’re the one who wrote N/A on all your paperwork! I was told all about you!" Although admitting I was treated unfairly she was mostly dismissive and defensive. I don’t want your emails, your text reminders, signed up for your portal, or my personal info out there. I SIMPLY SAID NO THANK YOU and these people treat you like dirt. You are left feeling like you are nothing more to them than the next in line. Don’t ask questions, don’t take an interest in your own healthcare, and God forbid you say the word "NO". Banister Leiblong doesn’t treat people like this. Hope these Noydeen folks go out of business soon so we can get Dr McBay back to normal
