PA-C Ballard is great, very nice and friendly to include the staff that aids her. Front office has a nice waiting area also. Easy to schedule and book appointments.

I have been to this clinic twice and had outstanding experiences both times. The front office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, there was not an excessive wait, in fact, they got me back early on my second appointment. My provider is very kind and thorough. I saw Katherine McCrady, PA. Lastly, I received a preliminary diagnosis after a biopsy by waiting about 10 minutes, right in the office. My final results were delivered quickly within a couple of days. I am very pleased with this clinic and would not go anywhere else for treatment.

I visited today as a new patient (just for a preventative check), and am very pleased with my entire experience! The clinic is very easy to find. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Not a long wait at all! Jayden was the first to take me back to the exam room. She was so sweet and made me feel like I’ve been a patient there for years! My provider was Katherine, and she was equally as warm and friendly! She addressed my concerns and made me feel at ease. Really just a pleasant visit overall. I look forward to being a patient for years to come!

Everyone was extremely friendly. Had to have a couple of biopsies. They were just great thru it all and made sure I stayed comfortable

Julie was wonderful when I had my Mohs surgery in LR . JULIE kept me calm and informed. She was patient and understanding.

We had a wonderful experience from everyone at the office today. My son was very happy and felt great when we left. The woman at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Mallory and Tiffany were also fantastic. My son left with hope and confidence and that was because of the staff. This was our first visit but we will definitely be back.
