This was my first time ever getting Botox and I had such a great experience! Megan was incredibly kind, down to earth, and made me feel comfortable right away. She explained everything she was doing step by step and really took the time to ask how I wanted to look instead of just rushing through the appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which meant a lot as a first-timer. She scheduled a two-week follow-up and even did a touch-up to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care and attention really stood out to me. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I was honestly nervous going in, but Megan’s knowledge and calm personality put me completely at ease. I’m so happy with my results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend, especially if it’s your first time!
