Dr. Gwyn Londeree M.D.

Dr Londeree's bedside manner and overall demeanor was the worst I've experienced with any dermatologist. I went in for my first annual exam with her and it was the fastest and least thorough I've ever had. She didn't take a single note and spent about 1-2 minutes total checking my body. I have a family history of melanoma and I've had 2 abnormal biopsies done and do not in any way feel comfortable with her check. Further, I went in to discuss some face and scalp issues. She didn't ask my any questions other than how does my skin feel. Didn't ask me about any products or anything else to get a better understanding. Also, her "instructions" were incomplete, difficult to follow and didn't write them down or give me a chance to write them down. Then she left the room abruptly and awkwardly without saying anything like "you can get dressed and check out" or just some sort of next instruction. It was very confusing and unprofessional. I ended up getting dressed and going out to ask what my next steps were and to make sure they thought they did a thorough job checking my skin. Truly a terrible experience and I highly recommend you do not see this dermatologist.

I will dedicate my time to share with everyone I know and use all media available to voice my sadness. Mrs. Londeree decided to provide an incompetent procedure without my knowledge or consent. She is so busy with no time to talk with her patients, or ask them if they agree with her immature work. Maybe if less people go there to overpay her for a poor personal, medical skill, she will have more time to actually practice medicine and treat patients like humans. She was suppose to use a tool to remove a dilated pore from my forehead, but she decided to slice my face open with a 3/4 of an inch cut on my face without my knowledge. After she was done she mentioned she would not charge me for the procedure since it was a redo and I had paid already for the first time. 3 weeks later I get the bill in the mail. I'm marked for life, and she didn't give me a chance to refuse. Is that how private medicine works? BBB will be contacted, and she will hear from me. I'll also share the procedure with my daughter to add to her negative feedback. I hope you read this Dr. Londeree, and in my heart I know you meant to do it that way to scar me for life. If you cared you would not have done it.

I have never been seen by Dr. Londeree. I always see the Nurse practitioner in the office. But when the lab came back with a basil cell carcinoma diagnosis, Dr. Londeree was the one to call me. I'm still not quite sure why. I never really knew who she was. I guess I was initially disappointed that my Nurse practioner did not call me. After all she was the one I saw year after year. So Dr. Londeree recommended a dermatologist in Gahanna I think, to remove the carcinoma. Now I usually go thru OSU for most of my Healthcare and I told Dr Londeree that I was thinking about just switching over to OSU. She said it would take 10 months for them to see me and their parking is shitty. Wow, and it turns out (when I looked her up) she's an associate professor for Dermatology at...you guessed it, OSU. So ok I'm now waiting on Dr. Londeree's referral to the place that she recommended. I called them initially and they told me they will call after they get the referral. After a week I call them back. Nope, no referral as of yet. So I call Dr. L's office. Oh they sent the referral, they should be calling me soon. Another week and I call back for Dr. L. Well they can't do anything until Dr. L gets back from vacation. I told them to forget it I'm going to OSU. Best decision ever! OSU was incredible! And had I started with OSU and Mychart I would have know instantly if the referral was sent. I never did hear back from Dr L or Nurse practioner. Such a disappointment.

Dr. Londeree has been my Dermatologist for several years and I have taken my kids here as well. She listens to me about my concerns. And, I feel like I get the attention necessary during my visits. I have had two skin cancers removed by her. And, for the MOHS surgery, she referred me to another surgeon. I respected that she didnt just do a procedure when there was another option I could select. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is that the practice hasn't had creature comforts during procedures such as ice packs to hold on request. Other than that, I feel the doctor, nurses and front staff are kind, caring and very professional.

Wow and wow! Dr Londree and Kristin just took years off my face using Bellafill over my lunch break ! They were both amazingly professional, and I wouldnt trust doing anything with my face like this with anyone, other than those properly certified . I have been using Encore Dermatology for years and have never been disappointed.

Terrible practice. Nurses are incompetent and messed up my paperwork, always. Never got my name right on any papers. The nurses seem like they have no experience at all. Dr. Londeree dosen't care about patients whatsoever. All she wants is money from expensive medicine. Dr. Londeree perscribed me accutane. This drug is a terrible drug that no one should take. As soon as I started to take it, I got dry lips and i got sunburnt easily. Eventually this drug gave me depression and anxiety. So as a piece of advice, don't take this acne medicine. The people here don't care about trying to help you, all they will do is prescribe medicine, that may or may not help you. If you are looking for a dermatologist, look somewhere else.

I had my first visit with Encore Dermatology today. Great experience. Kristin Abbruzzi & the rest of the staff were spot on, and thorough. Give them a shot for your dermatology needs.
