Skin Pharm

Initially went to SkinPharm because I was having concerns appear on my face and wanted it addressed, and also just wanted to take better care of my skin. I met Erica who has been my provider and she’s been absolutely wonderful. She always makes recommendations and helps me understand the why behind the treatments. She recently had a baby (yay!) and has been out on maternity leave, which is exciting but I also don’t love changing providers so it had me slightly uncomfortable. She did reassure me I’d be taken good care of. With that given, I’ve seen Lori the past couple times and she’s just as equally amazing as Erica. I initially thought I was lucky getting Erica but I’ve come to realize SkinPharm just has a knack for finding and hiring very professional, talented, well informed, fun women all around. From the front desk to the clinicians, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with all of them and can’t thank them enough for the healthy skin and enjoyable experiences each time I come in. As a clinician myself in a clinic of a different profession, it’s quite impressive the system and comfort they have and provide. Cannot recommend the enough!!! You won’t be disappointed.

I do not recommend this place. I did Botox for the first time here and I paid almost $500 they told me they did 45 units and I still had soo much movement and a lump on my forehead. (Which is weird to me because I always gotten Botox and the place I used to go to said I always got 23 units and I was always frozen) they told me I couldn’t go in for them to fix it for a full 2 weeks. I call at the exact 2 week mark and I made an appointment for a few days later since nothing was available that day. anyways I go back a few days later for there next available appointment. (Again I couldn’t make a follow up appointment until the 2 weeks) I go back in she adds more and says it will fix it all. As I’m leaving they want to charge me $300!! I said wait what? Why? I came back because there’s a lump on my forehead. They said they added another 20 units. I was in shock so you’re telling me I needed over 60 units? I’ve gotten Botox for over 10 years and never in my life had I had more than 25 units. Then she tried telling me I had to pay because it was over 2 weeks since I was injected. I made the appointment at the 2 week mark and there was nothing available? I directly said I am not paying this. They said for future touch ups aren’t free. Ummm for future don’t leave lumps on peoples foreheads. Which happened to 3 of my friends as well. I do not recommmend

Lori is the absolute best! She is always so thorough, explains everything and directs me where I need to be when it comes to skin care! She is so fun to be around and I always trust what she thinks I should do! My feel and looks the best it ever has!

Lauren is truly the best! She’s so genuine, kind, and fun to be around — every appointment feels like catching up with a friend who just happens to make you look amazing. She never pushes treatments or products you don’t need, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I’m so grateful to have found her and couldn’t recommend her more!

I loved my first visit to Skin Pharm! Beautiful space that smells incredible and is so welcoming. Lori is the absolute best! I’ve trusted her with my face for years and will follow her anywhere! She is such a talented professional and a personable person. She always makes sure her people feel comfortable and is helpful and honest with her recommendations and advice. Lori is an absolute joy, highly recommend her.

Not to be dramatic, but going to Skin Pharm has changed my life. Missy is the BEST! I came in to see her a year ago feeling defeated with my acne and she completely transformed my skin to clear and glowing. Can’t recommend Missy and Skin Pharm enough - thank you for helping me reach my skin goals ♥️

What a magical environment. The space itself is pristine yet welcoming. The staff radiate genuine kindness. Every time I enter, Selwyn greets me with a smile that makes me feel welcomed and at home. But my favorite part about Skin Pharm is a tie between their transparency and their dedication to education. Their product ingredients are transparent and clean. In my consultation with Missy, she addressed any and all questions I had about skin health, preventative care, and routine. Even though she used professional terms, I never felt like she was talking down to me; rather, that she genuinely wanted to empower me with knowledge. Everyone on staff is intimidatingly beautiful—but don’t be deterred. It’s a reflection of their hearts and a mirror into their hopes to inspire confidence in their clientele. It’s a truly wonderful environment, that’s clearly concocted from the inside out, and from the ground up. They take the time to get to know you and your skin; your current routine and your goals. Their staff is clinically trained, which further adds comfort to the experience. And never once did I feel pressured to commit to any treatments.
