She is an outstanding doctor who addressed my issues with patience, sensitivity and reassurance.

Love the staff and Dr. Kenneweg at this location. Professional yet really make you feel at ease and that you are heard. Very comfortable with Dr. Kenneweg and looking forward to continuing my treatment with her.

I was allowed to only 3-5 minutes of her time, and I was told to make an appointment for each issue I have. Apparently, She only treats one issue per appointment and she is not very good because she rushes through the appointment and doesn't ask any following questions or give you the time to share your concerns.

I had my first visit with this dermotologist a week ago today. I was given a paper to hand to who ever took me back. I didn't get a Hello, Have a good day, Nothing. Being nervous, that paper was the last thing on my mind. And my husband had it. Going back the person just stood there and looked at us, looked at the paper, reached down and took it and said, "Ill take this." I'm like oh I'm sorry. The young girl who put information into the compter seemed ok, she didn't ask or say much. Dr. Kenneweg comes in, looks at the area, tells me what it is and what she's going to do, and did ask If I was ok with that. Sure I'm ok with that, I want to know for sure. So she continued with the biopsy. Did great. Made sure I didn't feel anything. When done I was told it would be sent off, and if it come back positive then I would more than likely need surgery. She did seem very rushed. I cannot remember what I asked the young girl in the room, at that point she gave me a real short and snappy answer. I was told I would hear something in 2 weeks. They told me how to take care of my wound, then handed me papers, as I asked for to make sure I did this properly, on how to care for my wound. It was nothing the same as what I was just told in the room to do. A day less than a week later, my results are in. Im a stressed person, have a lot of health conditions person and I'm worry until I know answers. I send a nice message through the portal, asking about the test and that my nerves are a little bad with worry. I get a short response, "Once Dr. Kenneweg reviews the results and releases them someone will be in touch." This person doesn't know me from Adam but when someone tells you how nervous they are, you don't just send the typical short message! I see why they tell you 2 weeks, It's NOT to get the results back, it's so this Dr. Kenneweg has 2 weeks to respond. Which I feel and think is ridiculous. When a patients results come back positive, and they have contacted you with their concerns, that needs to be addressed. I'm sure it doesn't take 2 seconds to read this result as it's 5 words at the top of the result page, easy peasy right? Do I want a rushed, Dr that is just there for a job and doesn't give one hoot about the patient, to do any kind of surgery- more procedures on me? I just feel this place takes care of "Cancer Issues," people are concerned, nervous, worried. The last thing we need is to be made feel worse. I would think there would be more caring, understanding and time conscious people working for this kind of establishment. I am almost ready to take my results and move on.

I would not recommend Dr. Kenneweg. She has very poor bedside manner. She was always very short with me and seemed to care very little about me during my appointments. During my last and final appointment with her, she neglected to take the time to explain the procedure she performed on my 2 year old might need to be repeated. Then her staff put the wrong tape on my little girl and proceeded to blame my toddler for the difficult time we had removing the tape. I would highly recommend you see anyone but her. But if you do, please be weary and do not dismiss or accept her lack of empathy or kindness.

My wife and I were in to see Dr Kenneweg for annual check-ups. She did very thorough exams on both of us and readily explained all findings. Also set us up for a couple of treatments needed on facial areas, etc. Could not have asked for a better visit. Her assistant Georgia was also very helpful, competent and efficient. Thanks!
