Considering the procedure I was surprised with the comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. Dr Mu and Olivia were great . Professional all the way. Went over exactly what was going to happen how long it would take.

Excellent and professional service!! Whitney and Dr. Mu were so friendly, kind and compassionate. I went for a basal cell carcinoma moh surgery. Dr. Mu had to remove a little more than expected, she explained everything clearly. I felt completely at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Mu and the Dermatologist specialist staff.

I had a 10:30 appointment this morning. Aside from the weather being questionable, I received an automated message confirming my appointment last night. I called at 8am and encountered, once again, an annoying bot that they have answering the phone which cannot help! The annoying bot also says the office is open. The website has no notice of closure and no message at the phone number indicating the office is closed. I drive 45 minutes and see that they are closed. This is the last time I will drive over there. The group that replaced Dr Nixon is corporate. Their primary objective is collecting money. I did like Dr Vincent but that is overshadowed by the incompetent office administration. Is it difficult to communicate that you are closed? Apparently so!

The people are so professional in the doctors are unbelievable. They cared just like they’re treating their own self. You should love going here and if you have any problems, they take care of you just the way they would wanna be taken care of. You should be proud of the way you hire and keeping all the great people that work for you. I would tell everybody to come to this office or this dermatology office. They’re incredible

Dr. Mu is outstanding. She explains the procedure , is thorough and gentle in her approach. Her assistant Lisa was just great! I would highly recommend this team!

I booked an Er:YAG laser with Dr. Natalie Vincent and from the moment I walked into the clinic the experience was exceptional. Her bedside manner was incredible and she called to check in with me the evening of the procedure and answered my many texts during my recovery. If you have been on the fence about ablative laser because of down time or fear, do yourself a favor and book with Dr Vincent. This wasn’t just a treatment, it was truly a confidence restoring, decade reversing experience. Thank you Dr Vincent you have given me the skin I never thought I would have!

Great experience once Olivia called me back to the Operating Room. She and Dr. Wu were exceptional professionals and made everything less stressful. They were very efficient and timely. I recommend them without hesitation.
