Pinnacle Dermatology - Charlotte

From beginning until the end was a wonderful experience. Reception was attentive & nice. Dr. Serena was very nice, knowledgeable, took her time w/ me. Explained everything to me & allowed me to vent about my condition. Would HIGHLY recommend! The office already had good reviews so it was a no brainer for me. She took extra measures for additional service for other testing.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was a bit nervous because I had never had a full body skin check before. Everyone at Pinnacle Dermatology was welcoming and professional. I instantly felt at ease, especially when I saw Serena, the Nurse Practitioner. She answered all my questions and gave me wonderful advice. I’ve already made next year’s appointment. A full body skin check is an appointment everyone should keep Thank you Pinnacle Dermatology for making a necessary procedure a pleasant experience.

Dr. Brooks is an excellent Dermatologist. I'm a middle aged guy that has been out in the sun entire too much in my life and now its become problematic. Thankfully, Dr. Brooks has prooved to me that she is not only extremely capable medically but also cares deeply about the wellbeing of her patients.

Omg omg omg! That’s all I can say! Serena was amazinnnng! She gave me the sweetest care I’ve ever received from a doctor. She made me feel so comfortable and she wasn’t afraid to empathize with me. Just amazing!

I see Serena Weidner at the Park Road location, she is very smart, very thorough and very personable. You never wait long in the waiting room and you never feel rushed when she is visiting with you. I drive from Cornelius to see her, well worth it!

Dr. Brooks was so friendly and peaceful - my teenage son really liked her and felt at ease. My family is glad to have found a dermatologist we like! Staff was really helpful and kind and we were seen promptly/did not wait long.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Brooks for a few years. She is a very knowledgeable doctor with an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend her.
