I love love love love love the Paviol team! I’ve been going here since 2023 and recommend them to everyone I meet. They are patient and kind, and have been helpful with many issues from eczema to hormonal acne. Strongly recommend! You’ll feel incredibly cared for.

From the moment I walked in for my appointment, everyone was very welcoming and pleasant. I felt like I was handled with care and consideration. My doctor made sure I was well taken care of and left no questions unanswered. I'd highly recommend this dermatology office.

I love Dr. P and have been coming for year. But his front staff team today was highly disappointing. I was late to my appt arriving at 3:12 because of a traffic accident on the highway. I am never ever late to my appts. I couldn’t call because I was driving. When I checked in the girl in the front said they had to reschedule because of a 10 minute grace period. Someone was being attended to in front of me, and it was 3:14 when they told me they couldn’t see me. I get it, there is policy, but she was so curt and short and kept repeating herself, with zero interest in what I had to say. I even offered to cut the appt short, that it isn’t easy for me to come to my appt, to arrange child care, etc. I truly love coming here and travel 30 minutes to do so, but I left in tears with how cold and callous this girl was. She wouldn’t even bother asking the doctor if he could see me. I don’t know if I’ll be back, and I know the onus is on me, I don’t know what I could have done differently but she could have at least chatted with the doctor. Very disappointing.

From appointment to the actual visit everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The procedure was thoroughly explained and painless! If you are looking for a new Dermatologist Dr. Scott Paviol is who you need to call.

I went there with forehead aids... literally no one could cure it. Well that was untrue until Dr. Paviol! I look so good now, even my wife started to look at my face again. I would highly recommend! His staff was incredible!
