I recently switched dermatologists after feeling like my previous provider rushed through yearly skin checks and treated me like just another number – especially after having pre-cancerous cells removed. Today I saw Dr. Puett for the first time and the difference was night and day. He was incredibly thorough with my full-body skin exam, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and gave thoughtful recommendations about my skin issues and medication options. I never once felt rushed – he truly made me feel seen and heard. The office staff was friendly and welcoming too. Dr. Puett is an outstanding dermatologist and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for careful, patient-centered care.

Brannon the PA was wonderful. I came in for a skin cancer check because I was a little concerned about a red mark on my face. He confirmed it was precancerous. Because I came in early, we were able to freeze it off. Otherwise if I had waited too long they would have had to cut it out which could scar so I’m so glad I came in when I did! He made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable when speaking with me. Overall had a great experience.

I had to change dermatologists as the company I used previously ceased their operations. It’s always hard changing to a new provider especially when your wellbeing is involved. However, this was a great experience. Melissa Booth and her assistant Marina made me feel very comfortable from the start. She explained everything clearly and made me feel totally at ease. I am now happy that I have a new healthcare provider.

I had a fantastic experience today. The receptionist and assistant were lovely, and the doctor was amazing. He listened to my concerns and helped come up with the best way to address them. I am so thankful to have found this practice!

If this place cares about their patients (new or existing), they sure have a poor way of showing based on my experience. I was referred by my PCP. I get a call to schedule an appt, first availability is nearly 2 months out, ok not urgent, let's do it. The day comes, I show up to the office on the correct day/time only to be told my appointment was cancelled. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their lack of communication, only to be told I was sent a text, with a link, for me to login and scroll down to see that my appointment was cancelled. SERIOUSLY!!!!! That's top notch service right there. Thanks for wasting my time then blaming me for not jumping through hoops to know you cancelled my appointment 2 days before, after waiting nearly 2 months.

Hands down Mr. Rodriguez is the best. I didn't know know what to expect but I had a HUGE KELOID 2 of them on my ear and he removed them the same day and I didn't feel a thing and now im in the healing process. 😊😍
