I was not just seen because I had an appointment! Atrium caregivers saw "me." They were "present" for me! I was heard and cared for. As a senior, I have experienced ageism. Not today. Reception intake, initial caregiver contact, and physician contact—all superlative. I would recommend this group of caregivers to anyone who is looking for the best of the best when it comes to best practices for physician care.

I called that I was running late. I was told I had a 20 min grace period and I made it within the allowed window with 3 minutes to spare. When I arrived they said they already marked me as a no show and the provider would no longer see me and I would have to reschedule. I informed them I drove 25 minutes for this appointment and even called to tell them I would be late. I’m extremely disappointed. What is the point of having a grace period if you are not going to stick to it even when patients call and say they are running late. Unacceptable.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful in filling out the forms. Melissa was outstanding and I knew that I was in good hands with her.

Dr. Boothe was extremely nice to work with. She took the time to address my concerns, answer all my questions and treated my skin issues on the spot without feeling like I was an inconvenience. I’ll definitely be seeing her again in the future!

Great staff. Sam, PA is personable, knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manner. Addresses all your concerns and does a thorough exam.

Samantha, PA, was pleasant to talk to. She showed an interest in my problem and we discussed possible solutions. She is very knowledgeable about alopecia and she offered an idea that hopefully will help. I am definitely willing to try it.

I wish I could offer Samantha D'Alessandro a sixth star. The staff here is always so kind, very personable, very thorough. They are always efficient with getting me in and out.
