Have been going to see Dr Mones for years, on my last visit I had 1 mole frozen with nitrogen and a month later I received a bill for $95 which stated for removing 1-14 moles. I was never told there will be any additional charge for such a minor thing and I was never offered to freeze any additional moles. Be aware that you will not any notice of additional cost, just a bill. Highly disappointed! I’m won’t be back. Also The office manager is extremely rude.

Had issues with billing and being overcharged. I was told numerous times someone would call me back to update me but no one reached out. I have called numerous times with about a week in between to finally get an answer as if I was the inconvenience. Billing office manager is sarcastic and rude. I would not recommend this clinic.

Dr Mines, Krista, and the ladies working at the front office are the kindest and most down to earth people out here in Camarillo. Everyone puts me in a great mood as soon as I walk into the office. Dr. Mines is also very thorough and took her time checking out all my freckles/moles. I highly recommend her!

I would not trust this doctor as she did not biopsy two areas that turned out to be positive, one a basal cell carcinoma and one area with abnormal cells. BCC required Mohs Procedure and other one needed to be surgically excised. She should have biopsied them the first time I showed them to her, I learned later. Glad I wised up and went to a different dermatologist. I called her office and relayed this info to her assistant who asked for my number but she never called me.

Dr. Mines us amazing and thorough. Very highly recommended!
