First time patient and was impressed by the pleasant office staff. Dr Nguyen was professional yet very friendly, immediately putting me at ease. She explained each step, made sure I was comfortable and patiently answered all my questions. While the appointment wasn’t long, I never felt rushed. My wait in the lobby was about 10 minutes but my husband, whose appointment was immediately after mine, had to wait more than 50 minutes before being called back—busy day! Overall, we were both very pleased by the thoroughness and level of care shown us.

Some of the funniest, sweetest wise guy office staff I’ve even encountered. The nurses are awesome. HOT! Even the Liquid Nitrogen dispenser giggles & laughs. 😏 Dr. Kaplan & Dr. Nguyen are attentive, caring, smart and provide 1st class advice and treatment. I am super satisfied. If you care about your skin and live in Ventura County or Malibu it is worth it to commute to the BFE rear end of Camarillo in order to obtain their care. 🙏👍❤️

I've been a patient here for over 10yrs. My visit the week of 12/8/25, was different. I got into 930am appt after 10am. Then waited another 20min in exam room. Not sure how office was an hour behind so early in morning. I value the skill in the office and hopeful this scheduling delay was an exception.

The facility is well maintained and very clean. The staff are very friendly and well informed. He seems to be a high level of competence. Dr. Kaplan is very expert as his job.

I have gone to Dr. Kaplan for years. Now he has associated with Dr. Nguyen and I have had the opportunity to visit her also for a number of years now. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND BOTH OF THEM WITHOUT ANY HESITATION!

The receptionist was very professional nice environment in the waiting room. The weight wasn’t too long and now my special-needs child has some medicine for his psoriasis.

I have been treated by the staff and the doctor the same for year's. Always friendly with a smile and take care of my needs.
