As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with the best customer service in the front desk, while waiting to get called which isn’t long they offer a drink of your choice meanwhile, when you do into the treatment you are welcome by the nurses and Veronica who did my treatments which is the sweetest, explains everything about the treatment you want to receive and alternatives if you want anything! If I could give this Review more than 5 stars, I would definitely would!!

Nurse V was incredibly professional and compassionate during my procedure—her gentle and reassuring manner made me feel completely at ease, and her expertise was evident from start to finish. While I was being cared for, Sonia treated my wife to a relaxing facial, and it was clear how much love and attention she puts into her work. She was sweet, nurturing, and made sure my wife felt pampered every step of the way. Every detail at this med spa radiates care, comfort, and excellence. I went through Beauty Lounge for semaglutide injections. I can’t say enough good things about each and every staff member who I encountered. The ladies at the front desk were always the sweetest; so kind and patient. Daniel was who I dealt with weekly for my injections and he was also very kind and patient. I had my phone consultations with Dr. Tamaru, and he answered all my questions and was very thorough. If you are thinking of having any beauty related procedures, this is the place!
