It’s really nice to come in to a clinic where the people are friendly and you get into your appointment on time. My husband and I both really like Dr. Sung and thought she did a very thorough and professional job. She took her time and answered all our questions. We were very well taken care of. A+.

I booked my appointment as a new patient with the doctor five months ago. The wait times as a new patient are challenging in Seattle area if you can find a doctor willing to see new patients. The week of the appointment I am called that Monday afternoon and informed that the doctor is not seeing any new patients. I asked if there is another doctor in the practice which I can see. I was informed that there is one doctor. The other doctor cannot see me, but I was asked if I wanted to be added to the waitlist. In short, I wasted five months where I could have found another physician. I am disappointed by the poor service and lack of professionalism in which this matter was handled.
