I wanted to visit with my doctor as I needed further surgery and every trip required my daughter to take time off to drive me. Doctor refused to see us which resulted in another time off for another appointment and further delay in correcting my eyelid issue.

Dr. Tarbet and staff were amazing and thorough. They took their time, explained what was going on with my eyes, gave the pros and cons of each option, and answered all of my questions.

The nurse was late for my phone consult appointment which is frustrating. Once the consult began, I felt that it was rushed and unhelpful, leaving me with unanswered questions and a lack of clarity regarding my concerns. Additionally, I was promised an estimate via email afterward, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. This lack of communication and rushing through appointments leads me to lack trust in your care. I believe that timely and thorough service is crucial for a productive consultation, and I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration for future appointments.

Every time we have been there it has been a long wait to be seen, one time for over an hour. Despite that, my mom did have her perform a Blepharoplasty. It is damn near impossible to get someone on the phone. I called when an issue arose a month after surgery. I had to call multiple times to get a call back. When they did call they asked me to email photos which I did. The assured me that they would respond before end of day. I still have not heard back and it has been over 24 hours. I have called twice today as well.
