UW Medicine Eastside Specialty Center Bellevue Medical Center

Got my colonoscopy done here early December. Surprised at how pleasant it went from the time I stepped inside this facility to when I left. Dr. Gardner and her team were amazingly delightful to deal with. 5 star all around experience!

Over the years I have only had good experiences at this UW location, and this review today is because I am amazed at the level of care I’m receiving from one of your new dermatology specialists, named Dr. Kim. In minutes she rewrote my own narrative from years of negative dermatological experience. I didn’t know such caring doctors existed. She is able to go straight to the facts and still maintain sincere kindness and respect for me. You have an incredible doctor there. This community is so lucky. Thank you!

I have had several procedures at this facility over the last 5 years or so. I have had nothing but the best care. The entire facility from staff to doctors have been nothing but professional, extremely competent, and caring. 5 stars all around!

I have been trying to get a new PCP, the nurse told me "not to bring to much up because I would overwhelm the doctor." I understand they may have a lot going on but I’m here to establish care and I’ve never been told that by any doctor. This was after waiting almost 1.5 hrs to be seen.

Updating the business hours on the Google Home page requires a minimal time commitment from social media managers, approximately two minutes. To ensure accurate information for pts, especially regarding closures for major holidays, it is crucial to update these details promptly. Failure to do so leads to inconveniences, including unnecessary travel and wasted time, particularly when I'm seeking lab services or prescription pickups/ there's already inconsistencies with the pharmacy, not reminding or notifying pts that a prescription is ready. Regularly updating the availability hours is essential for effective communication and patient satisfaction. It's the little things!

This clinic is very well run. I’ve never run into a problem and have been coming here for years. I’ve seen several doctors at this specialty clinic. I enjoy coming here and parking is free. These are real people who are doing their best to take care of the multitude of patients they deal with daily. I have only experienced kindness and professionalism from a great team of supportive staff, nurses, assistants and doctors.

I had an appointment here for 3 months I had a cyst in my arm that has been hurting very bad I had to wait 3 months before I could get in to see somebody. I leave an hour before the appointment because the traffic and the rain was horrific. I get here 10 minutes before my appointment. And I was told that my appointment was canceled yesterday. Was not notified by a phone by email by text nothing. And now the doctor that I was going to see is no longer here at this location. The only way I can make another appointment Is to go up to Everett And I can make an appointment there but it'll be another three months at the earliest. Very unprofessional And I wouldn't be caught dead going to this place ever again. As far as I'm concerned UW is looking pretty s***** as a provider if anything.
